Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Very rough comparison with street-view from ~8 years ago. With the way the downtown grid is laid out there isn't much of an opportunity for a tower to fill the terminating vista of a street. The SW Tower will serve that role for Euclid tremendously well though. When finished I think it will noticeably improve the aesthetic or feeling of downtown from Euclid at the street level. It will be one of my favorite "then and now" pictures of Cleveland.

Columbus: Downtown Developments and News
Zamir Equities - a NYC based real estate private equity firm. They bought Columbia Plaza in Cincy in 2020, and 1111 Superior in Cleveland in 2018 (former Eaton HQ). They are focused on improving office occupancy there it seems, so likely no movement on that surface lot unless they sell it to a developer.

Columbus: Downtown Developments and News
EDIT - Whoops, didn't see the Key Bank building included with the surface lot in the sale last January. Makes a lot more sense. The Key Bank buildings new owner also now owns the adjoining surface lot. When the Key Bank building was sold last year it had an occupancy rate of 75%, pretty good for a 1960s office building.

It is pretty noticeable (even for its relatively small size). The "hole" from that surface lot is only exasperated by the Key Bank Building's feature-less wall along the lot. I think at 20 stories it may be the tallest features-less lot abutting wall in Columbus.

This isn’t theirs original building with their neon on it. This is where they currently are on broad st, next to Rhodes 5 story, ~30,000 SF. ~$500,000 sale increase from gatehouse's acquisition back in 2015 when they moved out of The Dispatch Building
