  9. This is great get for the Monsters. Also FES now gets two gets two good sized offseason events. Haslam's are getting the most out of their temporary rink investment. Not saying that I called it or anything but.../s I'll definitely take the Monsters if the Jackets/NHL remain uninterested in an Ohio outdoor classic. I would've preferred the Griffins or Amerks, but the other Penguins is a good matchup. This is only the 11th AHL outdoor classic, and the ~27th outdoor professional hockey game in North America. FES will be the largest venue to host an AHL outdoor classic and only the 4th NFL stadium to host a professional hockey game.

  15. Cleveland Foundation (10-4-22) Foundry Lofts has turned out pretty well so far This is a nice stretch of Euclid here (~halfway between the Clinic and CLE Foundation redevelopment). The Foundry may help spur development in the immediate area. Phase 3 of the One Midtown development, or a new development at the former Gyro George at 73rd. This lot may be one of the last empty spots on Euclid left in the City that isn't part of some larger planned development/spoken for. The two lots are owned by the City and Port Authority.
