Would this be WKNR? I think they are still broadcasting out of their location at the Galleria that they moved to ~15 years ago. Just found this on a marketing companies website: https://goodkarmabrands.com/cleveland-contest/espn-clevelands-new-home-contest-presented-by-union-home-mortgage/ "ESPN Cleveland is moving! Before we move in to our new home we have to clean out our old one! Take a walk down memory lane with us as we clean out The Galleria, a place we’ve called home for over a decade! NorthShore64 replied to buildingcincinnati's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionDevelopment hell: Collapse of plan for Beech Brook site in Pepper Pike in face of opposition may not bode well for sale Eric Heisig - Oct. 8, 2020 "As for the hope of turning the property into a park and preserve, many want it, but the Western Reserve Land Conservancy’s brass thinks it may be challenging. Alex Czayka, the environmental group’s senior vice president for conservation transactions, said it may be difficult for the group to raise enough money to buy the property. The price of the proposed deal has not been disclosed. ... But Rico Pietro of Cushman & Wakefield/Cresco Real Estate, who also lives in Pepper Pike, said he doesn’t think the park will happen. He also challenged the opposition to come up with a better plan than just defeating Stone’s plans. “If not this, what do you want?” he said." https://www.cleveland.com/realestate-news/2020/10/development-hell-collapse-of-plan-for-beech-brook-site-in-pepper-pike-in-face-of-opposition-may-not-bode-well-for-sale.html

AFAIK there is no streetscape redesign for University and any work on it is beyond its crosswalk at Main Street is just some related utility work. The only streetscape improvements outside of Main Street in (or concurrent to) this project should be the rebuilt State Street bridge.

For some additional context on past airport expansion plans including the I-X center... Hard Landing, Tiny Brook Park tries to hijack Mayor Mike White's lofty plans for expanding Hopkins Airport. Erick Trickey - Aug. 24, 2000 "Cleveland insists it will need to tear down the I-X Center several years from now to build a new runway for Hopkins Airport. But the building lies inside Brook Park, and the suburb says Cleveland can build the runway somewhere else. When Cleveland bought the I-X Center last year, Brook Park sued to seize it by eminent domain...." https://www.clevescene.com/cleveland/hard-landing/Content?oid=1474923 Razing the I-X Center: Whatever happened to? ... Mark Gillispie - Apr. 12, 2010 "Cleveland Mayor Michael R. White back in 2000 laid the groundwork for a deal that would allow for the runway to be built. As part of that deal, Cleveland traded NASA Glenn Research Center and the income taxes it collected from employees for the I-X Center, which was located in Brook Park. Cleveland paid the owner of the I-X Center $30 million in cash and provided $30 million in rent rebates with the understanding that the city would demolish the former Army tank plant (and around 300 Brook Park homes) after 2014 to make way for the new runway." https://www.cleveland.com/metro/2010/04/razing_the_i-x_center_14_milli.html- Columbus: Fifth by Northwest (5xNW) Development and News
NorthShore64 replied to buildingcincinnati's post in a topic in Central & Southeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionA couple of months ago I took a picture of a warehouse demolition I noticed off at 1145 Chambers (between Kenny and Northwest). The only information I could find on a development here was the parcels sale for $1.2 million to an LLC in May of this year. The LLC was however registered by Nicholas King who is one of the owners of Preferred Living, the local apartment developer and management company. As far as I could tell there wasn't any information on what they were planing for the parcel. Then this past Monday I saw the beginnings of what appears to be a "1 plus 4" apartment building. The light manufacturing tear downs for 3-5 story apartment in 5xNW continues.
