That tower is next to a huge housing project anyway. I doubt an investment to turn that tower into luxury apartments would make much money. Until they destroy that housing project in the flats (which I believe has been there for over 50 years), IMO It's not really worth trying to turn that ugly tower into regular apartments.

How much county tax-payer money is going to this? this is a useless development. Those people chose to live all the way out there, they can drive to wherever the chain malls are.

What's going on with the development at the corner of lorain and fulton? I thought I remembered seeing a post about new town houses being built there, but it's still just an empty lot with no development starting there.

Another steel plant would be good for jobs and stuff tho tbh :shoot:

Does anyone know anything about this lot on west 25th? There is a lot of land over here and it's right between tremont proper and ohio city.
