Love this shot from Michael Collier, but my heart breaks a little every time I think of the Eagle Ave lift bridge's impending murder https://www.instagram.com/p/C3BqVOmJebU/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

Not too shabby! Definitely a big jump in height/style in just one week.- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Does anyone else think the paneling on the shack along Frankfort is incredibly misaligned, to an obvious and annoying extent?- Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News

Also kinda looks like they've stopped the temporary shades behind the window business, so we can finally see how the facade will play with light.- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Lol I know, one of the valet's tried to park my car* but I said I was only gonna be a second 😌 *borrowed car, I'm a public transit guy 👍- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
This viaduct smells like garlic butter- Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
Oops on the quote but I just realized I took pics myself and I think it's worth it to see the statue from many angles. I like the overall form of the cape but it might benefit from some added billowing/rippling- Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
Its truly a dynamic and eye-catching statue to see in person. I was surprised and impressed when I came across it on the second floor, and in the right location at a larger scale I could see it having a large tourism draw.- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Some quick ones with the nice weather today, was not driving just fyi- Cleveland: Little Italy: Development and News
Grabbed some update pics while I was on the east side 😊- Cleveland: University Circle (General): Development and News

Decided to walk over after a trip to the CMA to grab some pics. I think the glacier motif comes through incredibly strongly with snow on the ground, and I really love the ground treatment right in front of the glass. From the other side of Wade Oval it honestly reminded me of Deer Lick Cave, with the dark glass lurking below the swooping white curvature of the roof.- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Just chatted with a couple workers on their lunch break. Aside from calling the higher-ups “major hard-asses”, they said that drywall is up to the 20th floor. They also mentioned, unprompted, that a second tower is coming and they had just heard it was going to be 28 stories.- Cleveland: Random Development and News
Quick google search for Scherba Industries brings up a lot of custom inflatables imagery. I like these images on their Indeed page...- Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
I've been waiting for them to make these two studs vertical for ages...- Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail
I started my ride with a trip to Edgewater Beach before heading back through Ohio City, making it a 60 mile journey over 4 hrs with 1500 ft elevation gain.- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
It's great! It is decently busy and well lit until you enter Ohio & Erie Canal Reservation at Harvard Ave, from which point I'm fairly certain there is no longer any trail specific lighting. I don't why but the stretch from Harvard Ave to the start of the straightaway along the CanalWay Center is very spooky to me (additionally last week I had to dodge someone who'd driven their minivan onto the trail at about 11pm here 😠). After that it's an easy ride to the Lock 39 Trailhead where it enters CVNP and switches from being paved to gravel. Cars and street lights along Canal Road offer some light until you reach the Frazee House, from which point it's completely dark. Some of the footbridges within the national park do stick up about an inch from the gravel and could be dangerous at night if they catch you off guard (this also includes all the deer on the trail). If I'm out between 6-10pm I will usually pass by someone every 30-40 minutes or so. To stay on topic; pretty sure riding up Jenning's Road to the Quigley Hill trailhead is the furthest away you can see downtown on the Towpath. Here's a pic just after that from the other week.- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Rode my bike down to the Winking Lizard in Peninsula last night for a christmas ale (or two 😉) and capped off my return trip with this vista.- Cleveland: Scranton Peninsula: Development and News
I will most definitely be missing this bridge, I think it's iconic and part of the grand finale of the towpath reaching it's northern terminus.- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
