  1. Yeah, it's so separated by the river and the hill. There are some pretty nice homes along Hickory St as well. The dog park and Towpath are nice assets to have so close by.
  2. I haven't seen this posted yet, but Ryan homes is building around 28 ranch homes and 26 townhomes in Cascade Valley area off Hickory St and Memorial Parkway. We're actually building one of the townhomes and are excited with how close everything is to the Towpath, Dog Park and downtown. https://www.ryanhomes.com/new-homes/communities/10222120151439/ohio/akron/hickoryranches
  3. If only I lived in one of those apartments in the courtyard....
  4. I wouldn't read much into it. It was probably just convenient for them to go there and put the drone up since they own the land and it offers a good vantage point of Beacon.
  5. Right, that's the projection everyone is talking about.
  6. They're still working on the building. I'm sure that will be the very last thing that gets implemented. It looks like they still need to frame that portion of the deck facade out.
  7. I see a familiar photo on there... ?
  8. I've had one for the last few years. I just finally got around to grabbing some shots. ?
  9. Loving this addition to the skyline.
  10. Sometimes...ya just gotta get high and gain a new perspective. ?
  11. Funny you say that...I'm starting up a YouTube channel this month. ? So your request is noted. Also, does anyone know if the clock has been lit already? Wondering if they're saving that final touch for when they fully open.
  12. I'm doing some nighttime shots for a developer soon, so while I'm up there at night I'll be sure to get some nice shots on my actual camera ?
  13. They'll definitely be taller. Considering they have three stories and pointed roofs.
  14. That is the lobby space. The retail is below the parking deck.
  15. Driving past yesterday, it didn't seem like there was anything wrong with the Prospect side. On the Euclid side, there were boarded up windows.
  16. Updates from yesterday. The planters don't bug me as much seeing them in person. However, I wish they would have tapered the bottoms to match the slope of the sidewalk so the tops would be level. Hopefully they do a good job at maintaining them. I like the addition of the benches.
