Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
The renderings show two different things. One has a banner and one doesn't. Is there somewhere online that describes it as a metal screening?

A screen? So it's not going to look like the renderings? I know they had some renderings that depicted banners, but I figured those were just temporary.

From that image it looks like they've painted the parking deck a dark grey. At first, I thought it could be darker due to the rain, but it seems like there are patches that aren't colored yet.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
There's a map on their new website for the HQ that shows both Weston and Jacobs lot. I've posted it a page or two back.

Not a fan of the design. It'd also be super annoying to stay in one of those rooms and have that thing shining bright right outside at night.

I love how his tweet says, "No Public Square Tower", yet in his article he states no details have emerged about the height of the HQ. From what I've seen, nothing indicates there's a chance a new tower won't be built on the Jacobs lots. I'm still holding out for a 30+ story tower on the Jacobs lot and a mass of 3-5 story buildings on the Weston lots that help blend in well with the Warehouse District.

Cleveland: Downtown: Cleveland Athletic Club Redevelopment
I'd agree with you if the entire background behind the cars was finished. Right now it looks just a bit half assed which is why I'm hoping it's temporary.

Well at least they aren't used Hyundais and Toyotas... Hoping this is just temporary while they wait for someone to lease the space.

I'm guessing it's safe to assume we can expect some renderings tomorrow? Was really hoping the R+D portion could act as a catalyst for the CityBlock Riverfront development, but at least downtown will be getting a bunch of shiny new buildings. ?

Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
I visited Houston for the first time last April to see my brother and his wife. They live in the Midtown area of Houston right outside of Downtown. It was such a cool neighborhood, and I couldn't help but hope this is what Midtown Cleveland could become.

I'm holding off being upset until I hear something from @KJP...

Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
^^ Looks like they're adding the new "515" signs on both sides of the doors. BTW...I never received a response from their FB page after asking if anything was left to be done on the exterior.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
I asked about the entrance before, but I just asked them on their FB page if all exterior work is complete. I'll report back once I have something. ?

Cleveland: Downtown: The Centennial (925 Euclid Redevelopment)
Okay boomer... ? Kidding...but honestly, having been to Marble Room a couple times I don't see people dressed like that. 20yo's who dine out at higher end restaurants know how to dress. I'm really excited to see the car showroom in this project. When it was first discussed, I pictured something completely different, and this far exceeds my expectations.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Centennial (925 Euclid Redevelopment)
WOW. Those are gorgeous. Looks like it'll certainly pay homage to what's looking like the roaring 20's in Cleveland.

Never seen that rending before. Are there anymore somewhere?

Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
I might be up there tomorrow and was planning on having my equipment with me. I'll try and get some good shots if I have time. ?

It was the Hay McKinney Mansion.

Cleveland: Downtown: John Hartness Brown Buildings / Euclid Grand
Is this a two-story addition or one-story? To me it looks like a one story addition, with higher ceilings.

Brecksville: Sherwin-Williams Research & Development Center
They just need to build R&D on the Bedrock site. Then, build an underground tunnel to connect the to the HQ ?

Agreed. There isn't an H&M close to the area. I personally love shopping there, and every time I go to a store it's pretty crowded.

Are they starting the Irishtown Bend project? I thought that was still some time away?
