  1. Update photo of the back of the Bowery project.
  2. I don't think any one know at this point. I have a feeling they won't. I say that because it seems like they're really marketing the views from atop the roof and having that large of signage will obstruct those views. I hope I'm wrong though.
  3. Don't forget that the uplighting isn't even on...?
  4. I've already worked with them. It's not just for capital though, it's been nearly impossible to find a developer in the area to team up with for equity. I'm still plugging away though ?
  5. Agreed. I have a startup I'm working on launching, and I've been told I need to head west if I want a chance for it to be successful. I really want to raise the money here though, and give it a chance to grow in this region.
  6. Never mind! I just glanced at the renderings and forgot there was supposed to be rooms at the very top.
  7. I thought the top floor was supposed to be a mechanical floor. You're correct that the amenity desk is on the lower level next to the garage. I just couldn't see them covering the top floor with something transparent if it was mechanical.
  8. I was really hoping they'd put an opaque covering for the top layer so they could illuminate the top of the building.
  9. Great vantage point @Garfield12323! Hope you don't mind, but I used your photo to create a size comparison so people can get a sense of what certain heights will look like on the lot.
  10. Looks like all that's left is the lettering above the canopy!
  11. Some photos from this afternoon. ?
  12. I'm pulling for something between the PNC Tower in Pitt and the 7 Bryant Park tower in NY. I love the colorful mural that's visible at night in the PNC tower, and the horizontal lighting of the Bryant tower. Also, not sure if it's been brought up yet but, SHW has their 2019 financial results conference call for investors on Jan 30th. Is this perhaps when we can expect an announcement about their HQ plans?
  13. According the renderings those will be removed and there will be 515 signage on both sides of glass around the door.
  14. I don't really mind it. I like how it makes you think. Architecture is art, and I'm excited to see something funky and different in Cleveland that doesn't necessarily make sense. It certainly stands out above other buildings I've seen, and hopefully it will stand out to visitors of Cleveland as well and leave an impression.
  15. I love how playful it is. Especially with the streetscape and 1st and 2nd levels. Very unique. Also, looks like the retails will be a 2 story restaurant and doggy daycare.
  16. I feel like the only thing left to be developed is the Centennial. Unless it's new construction? ?
  17. I could see the parking garage being build on the corner of W3rd and St. Clair. Would make it close to equal distance for all surround HQ buildings.
  18. However tall they decide to build the HQ tower on the Jacobs lot; I hope it has an amazing street presence and some great lighting at night. They don't need to build a 1000' skyscraper to make a statement.
  19. This is such great news. As much as I'd really enjoy seeing a new tall tower on public square, after visiting Nashville last week, I'd be more than happy with a 30-40 story office building on the Jacobs lot. I love this plan because it will mean three things... 1. A new HQ tower on Public square 2. Density on WH District lots (with hopefully spin-off development in the future) 3. A huge boost to Scranton getting developed. You can't ask for much more.
  20. Grabbed some photos for the Bowery Project. The exteriors with the new windows looks sooooo good!
  21. 19 News has a few videos up on their website. A really great GoPro video mounted on the topping off beam. https://www.cleveland19.com/2020/01/08/lumen-tower-playhouse-square-is-step-closer-completion/
  22. I just returned from a five day trip in Nashville, and boy do I have some crane envy now... hoping to see more over Cleveland in the next couple years!
  23. From the Beacon's FB....
  24. I hope the intermission isn't long.... ?
  25. Ohhh I love that last rendering. I've never seen that before. Where are they?
