That's what I'm hoping for. I don't see CityBlock working at the proposed scale, unless there's a large anchor like Google to help draw other startups.

Just looks like it from the picture I took last week. Was comparing them and the ones just posted the red looks brand new. Hopefully I'm wrong ?
Looks like they put a fresh coat of bright red paint on those beams...Wish they would have just painted them black to go better with the rest of the building.

Figured some black and whites went well with the weather today....
This is one of the Cleveland projects I'm most excited for.
So was this the Fortune 500 HQ you were previous hinting to? Or is there something else on the horizon?

Same... I'm hoping they saw that plan and got inspired. Knowing they liked Goodyear's HQ design, I think the Weston plan fits that criteria fairly well.

Those look great! I think the pricing is pretty reasonable considering all the amenities they'll soon have around them.
I wish something would be done to the back of the Standard Building....Such a large canvas to do something cool.

From the mockup I created and the overview I just showed you can clearly see S&S monument is in view from that vantage point. I even have it showing in the mockup from the google street view I created. You can see that if you can see the monument you'll be able to see what's on the Jacobs lots.
Yeah I know. This has already been discussed upthread. It's not completely accurate, but it also won't be completely blocked.
I agree. That's why I created a mockup a couple months ago with the Wilshire Grand on the Jacobs lot. ?
And also an art piece / water feature at ground level that looks like it's pouring out paint, but instead it's a water fall that's lit by multi-colored LED's ?
I'm not sure how this works, but is there any possibility of any mixed use space being a part of this HQ plan?
