I agree. I have hope that they'll do something like this after learning they like the design of Goodyear's HQ which ties in brick, steel, and glass well. However, I'm hoping that brick is incorporated on the Weston lot buildings to transition well into the neighborhood and that a nice modern glass building goes on the Jacobs lots. (Obviously contingent on the HQ being built there)

I'm not getting my hopes up that they'll be building a super modern glass tower that most of us are wishing for. Especially considering it's been mentioned that they like the Goodyear HQ design over Eatons.

They posted a photo of their entrance on the beacons FB page a couple days ago and I asked if they plan on updating it. They responded "yes, keep an eye on our page for details".

It's going to really suck if Stark doesn't deliver on this. They keep putting up crappy signage and it cheapens the quality work that's being done stories above it.

This view should still exist since this part of the garage is not covered by the apartment tower.

Wow...I forgot the horrible state those buildings were in. They've really made a lot of progress with the exteriors.

I think the LeMeridien was just a concept. I believe it'll be some form of a Marriott.

From this photo you can see they have the glass barrier installed at the top. Most of the interior looks complete. My fingers are still crossed that they install a sign at the top and update the entrance as shown in the renderings.

Agreed. This is my biggest problem with the design. There are so many creative ways out there to add facades to decks. In the retail alley, I wish they would put up some sort of artwork covering the deck like it looks Church and State will do.

Yes. When I toured it last month there were quite a few residents already moved in.

Maybe they picked the West/East sides since there were plans for a larger building that would most likely block it from the south. ?

It looks as if there is some uplighting that illuminates the bottom paneling under the building.

Yeah, but at least have a brand presence at street level. As far as I know, I've never seen SW signage anywhere except for their technology center.
