Wasn't sure where to post this, so please move to proper thread.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Right? It's sad when the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse has more SW signage then SW themselves ?
-
Cleveland: Downtown: John Hartness Brown Buildings / Euclid Grand
I wonder if they'll start adding to the exterior to the building to the far right any time soon. Can't wait to see this stretch of Euclid when the exteriors are all complete. Excited to see what retail goes in as well.

Cleveland: Scranton Peninsula: Development and News
Much better. I think it's hard to get a sense of the street presence this will have since the renderings aren't great in detail and the overview leads people to focus on the parking. From the street all you'll see are townhomes and apartments. There's still plenty of land to build upon in Scranton, and although not perfect, this should act as a solid catalyst to bring more down to the area.

40 story - 617ft / 1144 Fifteenth Tower from Denver rendered into Cleveland skyline to get an idea for scale. (~673k sq ft)

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
I noticed that Stripe, the payment company, shows up in some of the renderings. I wonder if they're one of the tenants that might be going in. Seems odd they'd depict them being a tenant if not.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
I really hope they plan on finishing the design like they depict in the renderings. The Beacon signage at the top and re-doing the entrance would be great.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
I'm going to take a guess and say it's because you can barely see it from the west side because of the surrounding buildings. East and South side are far more visible.

Cleveland: Downtown: Cleveland Athletic Club Redevelopment
Yikes..some of.that decor pays no homage to the architecture/interior design. Take that back out to the suburbs.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
I asked that a while back, but no one knows. It would only seem to make sense, right?

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
It's just an estimate based off the scenario they build a on the Jacobs lot. @KJPsaid a source mentioned that SW submitted an RFQ for 1.8m sq ft. Put a building that size on the Jacobs lots and you have over 1000' tower. For comparison: Key Tower is 947' tall with 1.5 million sq ft.

Cleveland: Downtown: East 9th / Bolivar Tower
Ugh...I saw @KJP wrote a post in this thread and excitingly clicked on it hoping for a juicy new blog post. Rooting for The Avenue condos even more now.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
^^ Agreed. I feel like they have way too much hometown pride to just up and leave. Hopefully way too much pride that results in building a massively tall skyscraper to make a statement. ?

Cleveland: Ohio City: INTRO (Market Square / Harbor Bay Development)
Fingers crossed the design doesn't change too drastically. Excited to hear what tenants they have planned.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
That's what I count as well.

Yes.

Akron: Random Development and News
It's odd they need to partner with Crave, seeing they have their own kitchen/food at their Jackson location.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
Passing by the Lumen last night I noticed the first couple floors have rooms framed out with drywall.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
That's what I was wondering. It's not like there is a massive parking structure for the Landmark building for employees to park at. I'd also love to know how many employees live downtown. With the growing number of apartments coming online, it'd be great if the percentage of employees living downtown was growing. If this gets built how we are all hoping it gets built; I'm excited to see the spinoff development this creates in the surround area.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
It's just an area for residents. No dining outside of taking your own food up there and eating it.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
I hope they start working on the entrance soon.
-
Cleveland: Ohio City: Church+State (West 29th & Detroit Ave)
I noticed they had windows installed on the Church side. Seems like this thing will be up and completely enclosed in no time. Also, this building will have quite the presence as you approach the city on the Shoreway.

Hey, I wouldn't mind that job. ? But the building in the photo I made was the Wilshire Grand Center in LA. I felt like something like that would fit in well with our skyline. Not so boxy, and modern enough to add more diversity in design for the 600+ ft buildings. Also, whatever Sherwin Williams builds, it'd be almost stupid not to make some statement with color. If you check out photos of the Wilshire Grand Center at night, you can see they have LED strips that can change colors for certain occasions.

Maybe I should have placed it a little further to the right, but if you look on a map and draw a straight line from Euclid to the lot, whatever is build would be visible. The tower would have to be nearly taller than 1100ft to poke above 200 P.S. Building from that perspective.
