  1. Something like this would look great....
  2. The tweet has a typo. The article says 350k sq ft.
  3. I'm afraid that's as far as it pans up... Seeing as the horizon is perfectly centered in the shot. I wish they would have mounted the camera on a different building.
  4. What are those room on the right side that are so exposed? How exposed they are look awful at night and nothing like the renderings.
  5. Hey!! Is that a fisheye lens you have on your phone there? ? Nice shots!
  6. I drove by the other night and they were all illuminated. They might have these that work in addition with the overall lighting effect.
  7. Or if you have a phone with pano mode here's a tip: Put it on pano mode and flip your phone horizontally to pan up with it. ? Here's a photo of Lumen I captured doing just that.
  8. Yeah, that seems to be right. The first one in my photos was with the two walls of windows I believe went for $3k/mo. I believe they said the level with balconies were close to $5k/mo.
  9. Thanks for clarifying. I thought 20% seems a bit low considering how nice these are.
  10. Perhaps I misunderstood and what they meant is 20% of the building was currently occupied.
  11. Hmmm maybe I'll actually take my camera next time and go through other apartments soon to be leasing downtown. Maybe I can do my part in getting people back to town. ?
  12. I can't be sure. Just going off what I heard, so fingers crossed!
  13. Whoever lives in one of the west facing top floors is going to have one hell of a view of downtown. Too bad they couldn't incorporate a restaurant at the top of it like Bar 32 in the Hilton. Would have been great for theater goers.
  14. Thank you! Nothing felt cheap about these places at all.
  15. Some iPhone photos of a tour I took today. So here are some take-a-ways. 1. The balcony level is fully leased and currently has a five year waiting list. 2. The color schemes of each apartment (dark + shiny/light wood finishings) alternate each floor. 3. Each apartment is smart; meaning you download an app and you can control the lighting, temp, etc. 4. The building is 20 percent leased. 5. "Apparently" a fruit store is going into Nucleus. ?
  16. I've got mad Detroit retail envy right now.... I'm really hoping that once The Centennials, Euclid Grande, etc open up that Euclid can support this kind of retail. Some of these shops would look great in the Euclid Grand buildings.
  17. They're still working on the balconies...give them some time and they'll cover the yellow just like they covered the rest of the yellow on the building.
  18. I attended an event last night at SmartMart to support a fellow startup CEO friend...before company presentations, SmartMart gave a recap/future updates and by the sound of it there's a really good chance they'll get what they need to convert the entire 350k sq ft into the City Block tech hub.
  19. Taken this afternoon.
  20. Sexy.... Between this and if The Beacon get's that amazing signage shown in the renderings, Euclid Ave is gonna be on a whole new level in 5 years.
  21. If they're not going to do anything with the glass around the parking deck..I hope they at least repaint the faded red beams.
  22. Some iPhone shots from last night.
  23. Those are apartments with balconies. If you look at the renderings you'll see people handing out on them. I'm pretty sure the level that's open below the building is still part of the parking deck so it'll most likely not be closed off.
  24. I'm going to take a tour either today or sometime next week. I'll snag some more photos and might do a video highlight as well.
  25. Upper East Side, duh. ?
