  1. Why not turn it into a business incubator like they did in Downtown Akron. Work on growing small companies and having them expand in Cleveland.
  2. I would say that's around 1/3 of the final height. It's going to be such an amazing presence in UC. I love how you can see the crane from 77N just outside Cleveland. Should be somewhat visible from the highway once completed.
  3. Oh just one more thing to make it look a little better...;)
  4. Ohhh I love the color so much better.
  5. Were there windows installed previously on the wall? From the pictures you can see faint discolorations that look like they line up perfectly with the new windows.
  6. Ugh why does it have to be Allegiant...I guess I'll take my chances. Family lives in Destin and it's always so expensive to fly to visit.

Just visited Hyperloop One's HQ in September. Can't wait to see what the future holds for this company.
  8. Agreed. The feature I'm most excited for with Nucleus is the potential street impact it will have with the alley and retail factors. Although having another 50+ floor tower would be amazing, I would much rather see a focus on getting it done and adding to the vibrancy of the area.
  9. It would be absolutely amazing if Nucleus got a city Target...
  10. It took me going through 5 pages on Google before I found it.
  11. Not sure if this has been shared on here yet. I was up late and was curious if anything would show up on Google if I searched Nucleus. http://www.beneschlaw.com/files/uploads/Documents/Benesch_Cleveland%20Moving.pdf
  12. There needs to be an indoor bus terminal where the parking lot directly west of Playhouse Square is. Ideally it would have office space above it, but that would be the perfect location with Public Square and Terminal Tower right there. Then once the Warehouse District plan gets built it would be a great hub for the activity going on there.
  13. And the Weston tower would be visible from this view too I think It would be from this perspective, but barely from the ground. Okay sorry to get everyone off topic! Oooh yeah they're gonna finally build this thing! I don't mind the design. The way I see it's getting more people living downtown. I've seen some ugly architecture in even places like NYC. I'm glad 515 goes white at the top. Especially with all the other brick buildings around it. At least the white will be creeping over all the other buildings in the skyline, and red be more hidden from afar.
  14. I think I'm gonna be liking the skyline a lot more in a few years! :)
  15. They did a complete brand overhaul and it looks amazing! They just opened up a new FYE in Summit Mall near Akron. I was shocked too, but it looks like they're making a comeback! I just wish it would be street storefront instead of Tower City!
  16. I was thinking the same thing. I bet that during the Cavs parade families who may not have gone downtown finally got to see how downtown is transforming. Lots of perception changes lately with the positive press the city is getting. :)
  17. It is not open yet. The official opening is June 31 at 11:00am. However, they did have a preview last night for certain people. If you have snapchat follow @thisiscleveland and you can see some pretty cool views as they tour the square.
  18. New branding?
  19. We were driving around downtown yesterday after the Taste of summer in the Flats. As we drove up Prospect the new JACKS signage with very dominant at the end of the road. I personally thought it looked great. Definitely more prominently announces what's there.
  20. Was looking online for office rentals and stumbled upon this. I'm liking it!
  21. I think I know what's going in at Public Square ;)
