It's the parking deck that will be surrounded by the apartments.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I can't wait till the top of the tower is lit up at night. The skyline is already pretty incredible at night with Terminal Tower lit up...this is absolutely going to elevate it.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
I heard rumors about this two years ago soon after Intro opened up. I think Harbor Bay might be behind it?

I can't wait to see this thing lit up at night. It's going to make a statement and really add to the skyline.

Cleveland: Random Development and News
I was just in Nashville a couple weeks ago and noticed a recently created project I think would be perfect for Cleveland. The Fifth and Broadway development had the perfect mix of entertainment, shopping, and living. Would have loved to see something like it incorporated in the warehouse district, but I think it would be amazing over near PHS too. https://www.gensler.com/projects/fifth-broadway

Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
The blue design for the facade looks much more subtle than I had expected based off the renderings.

Cleveland: Downtown: Progressive Field
IMO...it would look so better and make more sense that if they truly needed the large Progressive sign on the top; that they move the home base sign upwards, get ride of "progressive field on it, make the Guardians logo larger and centered on home base with the word "baseball" underneath . Maybe even add "home of" under the large progressive sign. Then keep "Welcome to Progressive Field" at the entrance.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Due to the lack of progress on the height I haven't been able to contribute much, but here's something interesting I saw on Pickard Chilton's Instagram. They showed behind the scenes of LED glass panels that they're installing on an office building in Belgium. It made me wonder if this is how the center strip will light up on the SHW HQ!

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Wow they're really catching up to the top with glass! Crazy how no of the top structure has been added since my last update. I've been dying to do another!

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Would love to, but I haven't seen any recent progress pics I can really go off of. Was hoping more pics would be posted this week so I can do another by Friday.

There are still six levels of height that needs to be added to make the slope.

Cuyahoga Falls: Development and News
ASPhotoman replied to buildingcincinnati's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionIs this what’s going in on the corner of state and chestnut? I took a guess it was going to be either a vape store or dispensary hahaha

I should also note that there are really only two levels of structural steel left to add. The rest of the roof looks to be a completely different structure type. The red line is where the current construction level is. The yellow is what I'm assuming is the last of the main steel skeleton structure.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Today's update. :) Grey shaded structure is steel that's representing the other half of the building if that makes sense...

The core certainly has.

Akron-Canton: General Business & Economic News
Excited that they're planning on a much larger version. It will be insane seeing these things flying in Akron.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
This image popped up in a sponsored post for Marriott on IG a while ago and I took a screen shot thinking something like this would be perfect for the development around SW HQ. It would be nice to see a hotel go in around the warehouse district.

Here's to hoping there's news on the Horizon for either the Phase II or development surrounding the HQ :)

Kings Island
Exactly. It sounds like it's Cedar Fair still running the operations and they just took Six Flags name since it has more brand recognition despite all their faults.
