I'm assuming that's just temporary so that workers can do interior work without it burning up in the sun before HVAC system gets switched on?

Construction update: Labor Day Weekend Edition P.S. next core pour should make it hit 500ft

I love how they've done projects in iconic locations like Time Square and Millennium park...yet, their first image on their website is of PHS. 👏🏼

Had a chance to drive by this evening and WOW do these really liven up this area. I was blown away with how amazing they look in person.

Not quite there yet. Two more floors should do it. In my next update I'll include indicators on height.

Drove into the city today and couldn't believe how drastic the skyline looks from just a couple weeks ago. I'm estimating 7 more core floors to be poured, and they finished two since last update of mine 9 days ago.

The lighter color is from the coverings they have on the interior. Just temporary.

Officially 2/3's of the way up with the floor levels.

Looking back on how far we've come...

Hoping it's just Tony Clark messing with everyone again. Definitely won't be called Top Thrill 2. And that initial launch is so weak that it will barely get you to 200ft.

I was torn at first, but it's really growing on me. I like how there is still an area for development that could be a great sports district, but it's somewhat separate from the park. I think the pieces are all here. Just needs to be properly executed. I would like to see more green on the land bridge though. Could give it vibes similar to New York's Skyline.

And that rendering isn't even representing the vertical lights they are supposed to add at the top.

Sooo cool to see the swoop will have the hole in it for the tree. I don't know why but I love that and it's unique lol

Going off their pace of floors I'd estimate late November/early December.

From last night

You can see they are taking some of the core forms away. Next level should be the smaller core.

It should any floor now... early renderings and models of the building showed it shrinking around floor 24 and the core is at floor 27 now.
