7-23-23 Update. Core has hit 400' and crane jump puts the crane structure around final height. Will probably need to do one more jump to clear final height for construction.

Snagged this shot while shooting a wedding yesterday at the Hilton. Also, while driving north on E.9th it's really visible and having that roof lit up at night is going to make such a statement. If it wasn't for that swoop this building would hardly be visible.

Looks amazing. Anyone know if they are supposed to be taking down the green digital boards above the marquees? Considering each Marquee has digital displays on them you'd think it would be too busy.

If they are opening a rooftop cocktail bar on the weekends, maybe it will have separate access to the entire roof? From the looks of the photos they posted and referring to is as the cocktail bar, it looks like they were working on a level that is above the level with the pool and all that. Could be like The 9 where they have a separate elevator just for Eden.

Yeah I totally regret saying anything at first. Comparing it to other exterior to glass on buildings I think it's pretty similar. It's mostly noticeable when there is a reflection and shows which the first few floors show. You can see it clearly in these pics of the Lumen. I know longer think there's anything wrong with the glass.

Can't wait to see if it will actually have a hole in the roof with a tree growing through it... that would be pretty unique. Especially for Cleveland

One more floor until the core hits 400ft. Either next core floor or the following should be the smaller form. Also assuming next crane jump will be the last.

I'm really curious how they're going to do the vertical strip of lighting that runs to the top floor. Hopefully that's still in the plans...

Side note...I love when they share this angle of downtown. Really shows density. If only you could make out SW through the smoke. At least the City Club crane made it :)

I’m excited to see the rooftop lit up at night. I feel like it’s really going to draw your eyes upward. That’s how i felt last night after leaving a wedding in university circle. The artisans rooftop was all lit up and it really gave the area a completely different feel at night.

At the rate they're putting up floors (One per week), I'd estimate the final floor is going to be constructed last week of October. Obviously it won't be topped out by then.

Floor 13 is at 200ft, and they are currently at floor 23 for the core. I'd say around floor 27 of the core they'd be close to 400ft.

Only a few more floors of the core to pour and they should be narrowing it again.

Those look so much better than I could have imagined. I do hope they replace or remove the Connor Palace banner above the doors though with something a little more cleaned up. Seems a bit redundant with the new marquee. Excited to see these lit up!

Could it be because they're framing out the interior as they build each floor?

Wait...are they going to start constructing two floors at a time now? 😲
