When I first said something it must have just been a really bad angle and showed ever minor imperfection in the glass. From what I've seen, it looks amazing now. Excited to see it completely wrapped.

I love this. It's little, well thought out features like this in other cities that I love seeing. Love the attention to detail.

Glass looks much better now than it did from the first few images that came out.

There's like one house that is even close to this property... I don't even see how it would create any more traffic than there already is. It seems pretty distant from any dense neighborhood...

I thought Dan Whalen and Mayor Bibb were friends, so I can't imagine it being anything bad. I'd imagine they're working together to get Phase II moving forward.

if they finished the last floor they were working on pouring, it would be three more at this point. Looked like they were pouring the 20th floor last week.

Not sure if this has been mentioned here yet, but I was looking through the design submission and I thought it was funny how they justified only making the shack two floors when the every other building in PS is way taller...

I’m no glass expert, but is it just me or does that glass look pretty warped? Not sure the right term I’m looking for…lol it also doesn’t seem as reflective as I thought it’d be.

I think the entire rendering is off. The rest of the renderings show the highest part of the curved roof area on the west side.

If they do Christmas lights in the trees at Public Square all year around, I hope they're done where they're strung tightly around the branches rather than loosely hanging from branch to branch. Always thought that looked lazy when they do that at Christmas.

I wonder how this is coming along. I run past the lot frequently and they cleared it out a couple months ago. Just haven't seen any activity yet.

Uhh did we all miss this somehow? I scrolled through and didn't see any posts about it. Apparently there was a small fire and some minor explosions 12 days ago...

This might be a stupid question, but is that 4,000 to 6,500 number based off of current market conditions and projecting those into the next 10 years? Or could that demand number possibly climb as Cleveland becomes a more desirable place to live?

I'm surprised nothing has happened with the core in a few weeks. Seems like it would have been added to since the floors have caught up to it.

It looks like the next level pour on the core will be 16.

Are they pouring the foundation for the welcome center? Or are those cement trucks there just hanging out waiting for the core pour?

Does anyone know if hiding the utilities is part of the plan?

Judging from that schedule, seems like they'll start wrapping it in glass in another month or two.

They should put up signs showing what they’re doing to the marquees so people who visit for the first time aren’t left with a negative impression from their current states. 😅
