My dream would to have a huge German beer hall on one of the caps, can be operated year round.

Not sure if innolab is doing both but the RFB is for a parking lot downtown and one outside downtown.

I was hoping to see a team hotel being built, ideally with the practice facility. Maybe they'll build on empty banks lot...seems like an easy way to have extra revenue create an official team hotel.

I walked on the levee wall this past weekend, It looked halfway abandoned. I can't imagine moving there at the cost and current development state.

From what I have been told from someone who works for a local brewery competitor in social media, a lot of the breweries are struggling due to the fact the college crowd is turning away from them. Wasn't the plan to do multiple buildings? With one of the towers being residential where the current parking garage sites. Could they possibly be looking to do more residential?
