  6. So I’ve been riding by the site daily, a couple weeks ago the north lot put up a sign employee parking only. It’s mainly been construction workers using the lot. Today though they stared storing steel rebar. I know it’s for the site next door, but it seems promising it’ll lead to the next development moving quickly.
  7. Old Anchor spot has a new tenant https://www.cincinnatimagazine.com/article/crown-republic-owners-plan-to-open-steakhouse-in-former-anchor-otr-space/
  8. So saw today at work(Kroger) that the store opens in 44 days. ?
  9. Does any one know if they are moving forward with developing the lot across the street? I’ve checked cagis but haven’t seen any postings.
  10. Proposals for the IRS site: https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cincinnati.com/amp/1672480001
  11. According to the packet between 1968-1985, I would think someone would have a more exact date ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  12. HJH Realty Corp is looking to add a fourth floor on court street(great clips building) keeping with historical standing. They also looking to add 5 units to floors 2-4. Interesting to see a entire floor level added.
  13. I’m surprised no one mentioned CVG breaking ground on the Amazon Air Hub yesterday, I believe this is just the beginning of multiple distribution centers that will open around that area. If you supply/ship through amazon you’d have to think you’d want to move closer to the hub. Hopefully the region starts pitching to companies to move their distribution to the region to be closer to Hub, then they pitch manufacturing. . Think about Cincinnati has the chance to be the center of all e-commerce, exciting!
  14. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cincinnati.com/amp/1117668001 in all seriousness it does read like roads and parking garages... let’s hope it’s not one 35 race surface lot.
  15. Kroger Digital team not Technology is moving to the atrium, this is the group currently in the landing 2 in blue ash. There are like 3 other buildings in blue ash that are not moving. Also they just remodeled atrium for digital, so doubt they move out. The technology on grooms and the buying offices are still blue ash if I had to guess it’s 3k employees
  16. This is awesome, hopefully this moves the needle on ovation since Kentucky did invest all that money on infrastructure.
  17. They also mentioned a new LED screen above Macy’s being paid for by 5/3. Along with a yearly maintenance program. It does sound like this will be 5/3 square soon enough.
  18. Couple of things from yesterday’s meeting: 5/3 will be putting up a smaller crane in front of rock bottom on their property line, this will be to assist in the removing of the facade, with the debris bin being on vine. I believe they said this will go up in May depending on permits and will come down Feb-March next year. Also they mentioned the North west part of the plaza could be closed. Additionally 5/3 will be building a permanent stage closer to their entrance looking west, I couldn’t really make out the presentation.
  19. Sitting at bar Louie, waiting for Avengers. The staff just told me their last day being open is the 30th of this month. Mitchels and now this...
  20. So are we going to see a battle of the wheels? https://www.rcnky.com/articles/2019/04/23/skywheel-ground-lease-red-bike-stations-move-forward-newport
  21. I believe the current base can support an additional 18-20 but it’s based on what material they use: A plan from Towne Properties, one of the original four partners that led the development of Fountain Place, to build a residential tower is no longer active, Chad Munitz, Towne's vice president of development, told The Enquirer. Fountain Place can accommodate a new building between 18 and 20 stories tall and 300,000 square feet of new development, Munitz said in email messages to city officials obtained by The Enquirer. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cincinnati.com/amp/95432218
  22. I believe it’s gone
  23. I believe Nashville drastically reduced its parking requirements within the city limits, resulting in it to become much cheaper to build. Cincy parking requirements for CBD definitely need to be updated after all the parking the banks and 3CDC have added the past ten years.
