  1. Not sure if this topic has been mentioned previously, but do you know if any light rail connection will/can be tied to this project?
  2. Copenhagen is a city used to having development on water. I believe that it's also smaller than Cleveland but is more populated. The need to develop there may be a contributing factor (I don't know). I'm sure that these type of developments in Copenhagen may happen sooner than later. I do like the ideas you mentioned.
  3. Where do they currently conduct training and conference functions?
  4. Is that for the movie they are doing in town?
  5. Yes, the Rock Hall has a store. If you think about it, how likely are you to travel to the Rock Hall to visit the store if you are near Progressive Field?
  6. That's actually a good idea. Even though the Rock Hall would more than likely not consider this type of venture, the prospect of creating a record store with the backing of the Rock Hall would provide a nice niche. Plus, it could've bridged the Rock Hall to other parts of downtown (which could've spurred other Rock & Roll store concepts to pop up).
  7. Because of the way the windows sink in and protrude from the design.
  8. When I’m in Dubai, I always try to catch a photo of this building from the highway. It makes me think of what Nucleus probably would’ve looked like.
  9. Forgot to mention this a few weeks ago. I was in Huntsville, Alabama and noticed this parking garage. 3D printed rain screens were added to the design. The screens also change colors. Would you all prefer something like this?
  10. Do you know what percentage of the apartments will be geared towards touring productions on month to month (if that's the plan) leasing? I'm guessing different products require differing accommodations.
  11. I mean higher than what SW originally plan for the second tower. Which I believe will add a little more balance to the skyline.
  12. I think that its a nice addition to the skyline. I also begrudgingly am somewhat glad that SW didn't go higher. It now seems to force them to go higher on the second phase. Even though it would've been nice for them to go higher, I'm optimistic about what the second tower will add to the skyline (imagine going higher on the first tower and the second tower looking somewhat like the Marriot next to Key Tower). I love the diversity to the skyline that it adds.
  13. Thanks for the correction.
