Cleveland: Downtown: Tower at Erieview & Galleria Renovation
It would be so great to see this tower (and it’s adjoining Galleria) come back to life. And having the W Hotel and W-brand residences in a restored Erieview Tower would be another big shot in the arm for a town with some mojo. Fingers crossed…

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Understood. I was just sort of responding to the way earlier posts of those that were worried about the glass looking "wavy." It looks fine (to me anyway). I'm just happy to see the modern blue color and the buildings around the square reflecting in it....

Unremarkable? I mean it looks nice, it looks fine.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Bridgeworks Development
Maybe they’re hoping that some of us frustrated Urban Ohio people start a gofundme for them…

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Safe to say that any concerns about the quality of the glass of the tower are being put to rest…

Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
That little plaza has a lot of potential to be a more popular pedestrian gathering place - it has a great urban vibe -but can also feel a little, “what’s the word?” “unwelcoming” depending on who is hanging out there. Maybe this new cafe will help attract more people and help create a more family friendly dynamic at a really cool corner. Pic from Crain’s article…

Cleveland: Downtown: Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Expansion
I’m very happy that there’s a $100 million investment in the Rock Hall coming and I know some have expressed their like or dislike of the new expansion renderings previously From @KJP’s excellent article on lakefront projects yesterday, this rendering underscores, for me, one design aspect of the project that I don’t like That stone wall- looking building in the expansion is just “so dark” in contrast with the light, modern feeling of the original museum. I think if they could at least illuminate it fully, it would help the aesthetic

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
Spent some time visiting at The Lumen over the 4th and from their sky deck, I thought that the proposed eastern edge of downtown really would be an ideal place for a possible relocation of Cleveland Browns stadium. It just seems to be an area that isn’t offering anything much from an aesthetic or pedestrian standpoint and such a relocation would really infuse and transform that area while still being at the doorstep of downtowns restaurants hotels and attractions. It might help to attract a major new hotel and other related development as well. (Btw, as you’d imagine, That view from The Lumen sky deck is pretty amazing…and the Lumen itself is a very impressive building)

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Public Square is going to feel immensely cooler in the coming months as the SW project gets nearer to completion and with energy from Fahrenheit. Yeah, that hotel Cleveland sign will be neat! Great to see the investment in our city!

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
@KJPor @zbaris87(or whoever knows) - when are we going to hear the city’s decision on replacement vs. rehab of the Justice Center? And some details about what they’re moving towards..,

Cleveland: Ohio City: Irishtown Bend Park
The removal of that ugly building on the end of Irishtown Bend will make a tremendous positive difference

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Riding up Euclid Avenue late this afternoon, I got a couple quick pics to add to the collection here …

Cleveland: University Circle: Circle Square
Not sure we’ve seen this view towards Circle Square & Univ. Circle from atop The Lumen - the look is very impressive - and as future high structures are added - it will only be better (sorry just a regular iPhone 11)

Cleveland: Hough: Development and News
And that’s being kind.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Obviously bad circumstances for it - but you can already see how the skyline is going to (and is already beginning to) look so different with that 4th big tower... Also, looks like the core has matched the height of the Justice Center....That pic also shows the sheer bulk of the SW Tower (compare to Key).....That thing could've easily been the city's 2nd tallest building (maybe even the tallest).

Cleveland: Random Development and News
In the “rock n roll capital” - It would be cool to have avenues named after all the greats in Cleveland music history - it could be fun debating who deserves an Avenue

Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
Now we just need condos downtown!

Cleveland: Scranton Peninsula: Development and News
A new, welcoming (beautiful, too, please) pedestrian bridge would really be a winning scenario....
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway Megaproject
Let’s hope it’s not years and years until a “high impact” development happens on the Nucleus site - as exciting as the possible riverfront developments are - The signals from Bedrock regarding 611 Huron Road are that it is ready to wait - possibly a very long time - and, frankly, that’s a big disappointment.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I'm hoping for one of @ASPhotoman's excellent "progress graphic" updates - we gotta be about half way up with the steel right about now, correct?
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
It was sure fun watching it rise - and I’ll miss the crane rising over the city - but the best part will be seeing the building internals, glass and facade fully finished - and best of all, people (and dogs) moving in to the neighborhood. And, of course, seeing lights on in those windows every night Congrats Cleveland- a great addition!

Cleveland: Detroit-Shoreway: Westinghouse Redevelopment
Man we got a double dose of really bad news between this and Erieview Tower
