It would be great if this would have a spill-over to the corner of Dana and Montgomery. The old BASF spot looks so forlorn, and that's a fairly high-profile intersection (near the highway, near Xavier, etc.). I wonder if Xavier will eventually do something with it as they continue their eastward expansion -- if i recall correctly, they bought the Zumbiel plant in that area last year (or the year before? It all blurs together).
