They paused to be sure of funding, but now it's moving forward with the removal of sediment. which will take more than two years. Who knows what the situation will be in 2028 and beyond, but at least this portion of the project is secure, and work is beginning.

I've been wanting Sweet Greens to open some NE locations. This sounds like a nice consolation prize. Plus it's a good excuse to check out INTRO

It looks like people are setting up to watch a water main break. At least wait until there is an aesthetically reasonable plan before closing the street.

Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field
Which is why Wrigley works so well now. 4 1/2 miles from the Wrigley Building to Wrigley Field. It's 2 1/2 miles from Public Square to League Park. It's not a matter of distance as much as density and ease of access. It's not hard to hop on a train an get dropped off right by the park.

The facilities at Blossom were initially designed to accommodate 8,000 people, which they do beautifully. In 50 years, there have never been the necessary changes made to move 23,000+ in and out of the property. Hopefully the Brook Park layout will consider immediate needs and future expansion for traffic flow.

The Cleveland Clinic doesn't have a colossal facility full of God knows what at that particular freeway exit... yet.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
Just a throwaway joke about our years of lakefront frustration. I'm looking forward to seeing this development. I spend a good amount of time at the Lakefront Nature Preserve, and it will be great to walk over to this for additional trails and park space.

Progressive Field is surrounded by ginkgoes that are very tough and adaptable street trees, but they have a pretty scraggly growth habit. They went cheap on the cultivars.- Cleveland: Filling in Euclid Avenue
Would this be the museum version of Spirit Halloween?- Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
Trust in progress has to move in both directions. Haslam has probably seen enough master lakefront plans come and go to not wait for his sports book to depend on it.- Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
Protect Evan Mobley at all costs.- Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
I wasn't expecting anything like a boardwalk through there. Would it really be a high foot traffic area? No complaints about that feature, of course. Any public access along the river is very welcome.- Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
But I worry that it will block the view of the Terminal Tower from the Third Central Station.- Cleveland: Streetscape Improvements
Yes, ma'am. The jugglers are coming around that corner any minute now.- Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
As a kid, one of my favorite locations to visit when were in Canada was Ontario Place. I know that this is a very different type of development, but with the coves, bridges, skyline view, etc, it was memorably beautiful. I think that the new design has a better chance at giving us that same type of feeling.- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
How soon until the next crane jump? Looks like it might be soon. Beautiful glass, by the way. ✨🪟✨👍🏼- Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
Are they having a yard sale to save up for a new tower?- Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
If it were converted to residential, I have to imagine that it would be the largest residential building in the city by a very wide margin.- Cleveland: University Circle: Circle Square
Great and underappreciated view of the city. I didn't realize the scale of the Clinic parking garages until I saw them against the other buildings.- Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
They need to get a SWHQ model into those renderings, to make me happy, if for no other reason. - Cleveland: Streetscape Improvements
