The Official *I Love Cleveland* Thread
Ken, you're exactly right.....but even as expensive as it it, every time I visit an east coast city I come back with so much envy. SOOOO much to do, so many people on the sidewalks, so much activity. But I'll take what I pay for my apartment over what they pay in Boston every day!!!

Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
Wow, that's so much more reasonable........Boston is crazy expensive.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
So I spent the weekend at an AirBnB in the Pierce building. 13th floor, 1 Bedroom/1 Bath. 637 sq ft. Its monthly rent is $4050/month. 2 Bedrooms go for over $5500. I'll be curious to see what the Lumen pricing looks like

So you're agreeing with me....thats what I said. PS workers have more access to Downtown.

I agree, but still the thought of 6000 people on Public Square as opposed the the river front is so very appealing. Helps warehouse district restaraunts, East 4th and Euclid. Riverfront keeps those workers more contained by Tower City.

The power washing seems to be working. It’s definitely getting cleaner. Also more work on the aluminum framing

Living in Downtown Cleveland
I looked at both during my search...I have several friends in the Leader building (K&D property) They love it and its priced very competitvely. Parking is not great, but building is very good location. Standard has great apartments and if youre 8th floor and above, the view is fantastic. And both have great features. Standards parking is not great either. (warehouse district 2 blocks away) Plus their bottom floor has been empty since it opened. And My building is also a K&D building and they do have resident socials and events. So does the DCA (Downtown Cleveland Association)
