I agree with everything youre saying above....except for the K&D hate.....I just havent experienced bad service or management. They do a fantastic job at the Halle building

I was on the Towpath today around where they are constructing stage one along Harvard and Jennings. One of the Construction workers told me that asphalt trucks are scheduled to arrive next Wednesday to start the final paving!! Can't wait!!

^^^ Exactly, whenever I'm on woodward and driving out of downtown, I think that this is what Euclid Ave can become. Detroit had done a great job developing their main artery.

In other news...... the fencing is up for the “bridge to nowhere” project

There is a lobby off of Euclid as well.

No shortage of residents, but also no shortage of new ground floor retail spots coming on line either!

They’re starting to wrap glass around the main tower!

I figured something was up....they were really working on finishing the lobby last week

They’ve got most of the facing off that was covering the old windows. You can see the concrete block that fills the windows. This is going to look awesome when finished

I just don't see this happening...East 14th is the main road into the area off of Highway. And 17th will be the entrance and exit for the parking garage

I told my daughter the same thing last night at the Killers show.. The Malls were the perfect spot for all of this! Take a bow CLE, youve done wonderful.....I hope the NFL is watching and will put the draft in the same spot!

I spent all day there, from the Convention Center to on top of the malls....did the Zip Line (worth the price,so COOL!) and stayed for the concerts and fireworks...Downtown was phenomenal yesterday!!! Well done CLE
