It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Warrensville and Minneapolis are much more connected from an R&D standpoint. It would be nice to see all 3 facilities under one roof, but from a Sq Ft standpoint, that doesn't seem to be the plan. Nice work!!

Ken, So what are you hearing about the plans for Warrensville? BTC is Architectural labs, Minneapolis is General Industrial and military and some other.....Warrensvile does everything else, including automotive, protective and marine, ect. I'm not sure of Sq FT at Warrensville, but its a big facility. Do you get a sense they are leaving that alone?

Some updates.... they blew out the fronts on two of the buildings!

If it wasn't raining, I'd walk over and take a pic. They're working. Last I saw last week they were doing foundation work.

Cities have buildings of various heights...that is what makes them interesting. but you keep calling East 12 the residential corridor....Its not. That was from the failed "urban renewal" plan from the 70's. Euclid is the actual residential corridor now. there will be almost 3000 apartments on or directly off of Euclid between Tower city and CSU. Its the most walkable and active street in DT Cleveland. Lumen is in the perfect spot
