it takes way longer to do the concrete floor pours because they now have to do it all by crane and bucket. used to take about 3-4 hours, now it takes about 6-7. Didnt start the pour till around 3ish.

The basement counts as a pour. Theyre finishing the 15th "floor" today

Thats how they build the floors. Those tables are the base for the concrete pour. One concrete is cured they roll them out and lift in place for the next floor

Exactly! Mixed use neighborhoods need mixed uses. There are employes that take the train to work and back home. Still lots of open spots to put up very large developmemnts!
