Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
Thats a great job!! Sadlt, the more I see of the Beacon and the Nucleus renderings...I wonder what Stark infatuation with earth tones is? I thought the Beacon would at least have more of a metallic look.....not painted OSB board!

Cleveland: Hotels, Conventions, and Tourism News & Info
I'm so excited we got it....Its a HUGE event and a lot of out of towners......but its such a bad location to have it. They have to look at what Nashville did, needs to be in the city core, not isolated at the lakefront

Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
Starting to pour 13th floor today....Now that the yellow screens are up, they are moving!!
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Good God I hope hope hope they build a massive skyscaper on the Jacobs Lot......but my question is now that everyone has read Clevelands proposal to Amazon, how aggressive will SW be in getting concessions and tax breaks? Were talking keeping 4-6,000 jobs downtown, and the City has laid out what they were willing to give to a massive employer

Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
The drilling trucks were back again this weekend taking more core samples!

Cleveland: Restaurant News & Info
Oh, OK.......I won't lie, the only Bruel place i like is Alley Cat......But that space should fill quick. Sounds like he wanted rent reduction
-
Cleveland: Restaurant News & Info
Why? Restaurants close all the time......and that place tried way too hard to be something it wasn't. That space will fill up in no time. Theres only 500 more apartments going up right across the street

They poured the 12th floor this evening....They're starting to move now
-
Cleveland: Downtown: May Company Building
Those are pretty nice! And a pretty competitive price point......Those Windows would drive me crazy, though. Thank God its only one floor

Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
Youre seeing insulation mostly.....They have most of the panels still covered in a plastic wrap
-
Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
question for the construction people.....What is the primary purpose of the yellow cages? Is it strictly safety?

Cleveland: Downtown: nuCLEus
FOX sports grill probably will face the same demise that the ESPN Zones have, and probably before Nucleus even opens

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
Ummm..... I live dowtown, and I'm in outside sales. I drive to appts all over the state and still want to come home and park my car and walk to everything downtwon has....parking is a concern. That being said, Tower City has a parking garage attached to it.

Cleveland: Downtown: John Hartness Brown Buildings / Euclid Grand
I was watching them take panels down today...Those windows will be huge!!! This is going to really change that section of Euclid!!!

Cleveland: Downtown: Standard Building
I'll be honest, if you get high enough up in that building so you're above the short building of the justice Center, and are on the Western side, the views are spectacular. You see the lake, burke, Stadium, Lakewood, and yes.....the horrible parking lots. But you also have a bonus window in the corner that has a full view of Terminal Tower. ITs a great setup......just bad location

Cleveland: Downtown: Standard Building
^^No, You can Valet for some outrageous fee....Or they have deals with some of the Warehouse lots on West third. No way I want myself or my teenage kids walking that later at night.

Cleveland: Downtown: Standard Building
Again, I toured all of the new apartment buildings downtown. Its gorgeous inside and out.....If it was on Euclid Ave it would be fully leased. but its not in a pedestrian friendly area. Euclid is the most pedestrian friendly street downtown, with Huron and Prospect being close seconds. The standard is just isolated enough that there are better options. Plus, their parking setup sucks

Cleveland: Downtown: Standard Building
I almost moved into the Standard Building, but chose the Halle. Standard is just in a bad location, right across from Justice Center. It's isolated from all the other apartments and has a poor parking set up. Its a shame, because the apartments are gorgeous. And they're pretty competitive from a pricing setup.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
10th floor concrete pour going on this morning.. Theyr'e averaging a floor every 8 days.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
Euclid Ave is the residential corridor. When everything is complete, there will be almost 3000 units facing or on corner of Euclid. Its the most pedestrian friendly street in the city. Keith Building isnt disappearing, its just next to another dynamic building.....

Cleveland: Tremont: Development and News
Does anyone know what has happened to this project? It seems to have stalled. The concrete foundations for the townhomes were poured in the winter and there has been no work since??
