  1. You're correct, I just did the math....It's almost 1300 Lumen 318 Halle 122 Athlon 163 Beacon 187 Euclid Grand 200 May Co. 308
  2. It has writing on it, so I'm not sure if it gets peeled off or another layer goes on
  3. Also, between Lumen, Beacon, Halle conversion, Athlon conversion, May Co conversion, and Euclid Grand...Thats almost 1000 new apartments.
  4. I believe we do have metal panels!!!
  5. And we have a third floor!!
  6. Same, I just moved into Halle last week....walking down Euclid ave right now its fun to imagine what its going to look like from Lumen to Playhouse Square! Good bye plastic bags in windows!!
  7. ^^agreed....I don't get the location at all.....Its not a great lake view and you are on a massive highway. I could understand north of 90...Also, Its not a walkable area at all. Its the same problem with Quay 55. Its isolated from everything. I wish them luck
  8. You can see in the lower corner that insulation is going in... glass panels next!
  9. I'm glad they filled that space....but those Pop Up Bars were a lot of fun!!
  10. agreed KJP....I will never understand the fascination with the "Group Plan" it destroyed and chance at density in the middle of the city and gave us a bunch of unused grass strips.
  11. Apartment tower
  12. Wow......well that is certainly different.......
  13. I would say that Euclid Ave is the residential corridor.
  14. Ugh, seeing these beautiful old buildings makes me sick. How gorgeous would that look today
  15. I cant wait to move into this neighborhood and try this!!
  16. They did this last year also.
  17. Agreed, but when compared to any of the new offerings on Euclid, Standards location really isolates it. Plus its first floor is empty, no coffee shop, convenient store, nothing. The apartment market is getting very competitive right now with almost 1000 units under construction or renovation. I've looked at almost all the new ones...Standards rooms are great and offer awesome amenities, but the parking is expensive and you have to park in surface lots in warehouse district.
  18. I almost signed a lease at the Standard for a 2 bedroom, until I saw the Halle Buildings rooms and rates. So I'll be a Halle resident in February. Standards views are phenomenal and the apartments are first rate. But the location is not great and their parking situation sucks. Still, I'm shocked they havent leased more.
  19. Today’s update..... starting to peak above the barriers!!
  20. Or use a couple dollars to repave the Detroit Superior bridge?! I almost had my car swallowed up yesterday. Asphalt patches aren't working!!
  21. Looking at this timeline video from Playhouse Square, they seem to be juuuuust a bit behind schedule
  22. This is true, I'm looking for an apartment right now and the Halle rents are some of the cheapest out there for new apartments. Plus the parking rate is lower than everyone else.
  23. Some new progress pics from this morning ....
