If the shoring is done, then they'll move onto excavation for foundations including the building core and tower crane foundation - which may be incorporated into a stair, elevator or a ventilation. Then they'll move on to underground MEPS work and other underground utilities. Then steel. Thanks for the update!!

Quick question for the construction experts....if you look at the Lumens web cam, it looks like they are done drilling the caissons? Everything is cleared out?

It did lease quickly....I toured some 2 bedrooms there, and they are pretty nice. And they were priced a bit lower than other places. Probably why it went so quick.

Took some pics sunday while out exploring the soon to open leg of the Towpath thru Tremont. Its going to be spectacular! Damn, can't get pics to load. I'll figure it out!

In another month it will be really easy! but for now, It is continuous till you hit Harvard Road. You are going to have do go about half a mile on the road while construction of phase 1 is completed. Follow signs to Steelyard, where the path picks up again for about 1 mile. Path will take you up Quigley Hill to where it stops at West 14th. Take W14th Thru Tremont. Take it all the way to Sokolowskis Restaurant, and then towpath pick back up under the Innerbelt bridge. You can then follow it right into downtown. Have fun!!

I took a tour of the model 2 bedroom apartment today. Gorgeous apartment....and the indoor pool is a nice perk. They are really going high end on this one!!

The article also states that Cleveland new construction costs are equal to Chicago?

I'm assuming because no one knows its there....and they don't offer any discount to apartment residents.

I toured the Garfield Building apartments this morning as I start my search for an apartment. They are gorgeous!! The Leasing woman told me they are 80% leased, and hope to be at 90% by end of year.
