You are so correct, YABO.....I'm making the move back into the city next year, and the thought of plunking down 2-2500 on rent is not sitting well. The market for empty nesters looking to spend 250-300K on a condo or townhome would be enormous.

This article is spot on and depressing....Columbus is kicking our collective butts with economic growth and development. And the young leaders who can help change this all seem to be moving....to Cbus.

Absolutely true, YABO......They embrace it. I wish more of our bars and clubs had live music. But since they spent money on the speakers, use them for more then 1 minute an hour!!

I like the speakers downtown....I just wish that they would actually USE them!!! You can't go anywhere in Nashville without hearing music. We should finally embrace that we are the Rock and Roll hall of fame city...Play music!!!!

^HUH? Its being built on an empty lot....ad all other development in that area is on empty lots. Plus most of the new development will be on W25 facing the new park.
