Agreed but I wouldn't compare Cleveland to Minneapolis. Indy just finished their first downtown highrise in 15 years. Cbus hasn't built one. When was Cinci's last highrise built? Those are our peer cities...thats why its a it of a headscratcher.

^^^Ken, I suspect that they want a garage on the Euclid Ave side. Hopefully they have discovered that putting the garage behind the theaters took people off the street and put them thru a walkway. Maybe this is their way off correcting that, and we get a beautiful tower as an added bonus!

ITS A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE!!!!!

I was on Public Square last night with my family ice skating and taking in the lights. It was very crowded....and buses occasionally went thru the square....and no one died and everything coexisted very nicely. The biggest issue for me are the butt ugly concrete barriers...please remove them!!!
