^exactly! I would say that with the apartments and townhomes getting close to completion, this area is about to experience the next wave of development. Friend of mine is about to build on W61st. But I also agree that urban development in this town happens PAINFULLY slow.....

These are home runs! Towpath is going to really spur some nice infill. Now I hope these actually get built

Ghost town seems a bit of a stretch. Restaurants come and go. But there being replaced. Would like to see some kind of activity at Margaritaville.....still nothing done on the inside.
