Josh, I walked all around there on Saturday. Job well done!!! You and your partners really do "up the game" for everyone else. And the trellis work you have set up in the back corner...that will look spectacular once the vegetation starts to grow!!

Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
My son was explaining it to me....They have to let the crews installing the rebar ( for the concrete pad) know where the electrical conduit will run so the rebar doesnt get in the way.

Cleveland: Ohio City: INTRO (Market Square / Harbor Bay Development)
Im well aware of market rates, which is why I'm not leaving the Halle. My apartment is enormous, only 4 years old, and I pay $1.50 sq ft. Probably never leaving

Cleveland: Ohio City: INTRO (Market Square / Harbor Bay Development)
Dan Whalen is a fantastic salesman!! Plus Intro is a very cool building. From the lobbies and public spaces, to the rootop area and the gym, its all first class. If that building was constructed by gateway or Playhouse Square, I'd move there in a second

Cleveland: Ohio City: INTRO (Market Square / Harbor Bay Development)
But I do have several good friends moving into Intro as soon as they are allowed, so I'll be there often lol

Cleveland: Ohio City: INTRO (Market Square / Harbor Bay Development)
I decided to renew my lease at Halle. Intro is a gorgeous building, but my apartment at Halle and my view are too good to give up. Plus Intro is crazy expensive. And I love living downtown.....couldn't leave

^^^^ This exactly!! We seem to overcomplicate bike lanes, and then never build them. Street level protected bike lane would be wonderful here, and much less expensive
