  1. I'll bet whatever is built will match the 8 story height of the existing buildings just north of the site on McConnell Blvd.
  2. Snapped a couple of pics from the 3rd floor of the main library (what an awesome facility!). The red siding building is inching towards completion and the Topiary Park townhomes are going vertical.
  3. The Lincoln Garage is above grade. You can see the outlines of the townhomes along Lincoln in the ongoing foundation work.
  4. The Graduate project is nearly complete. The patio for the Shake Shack was full - beautiful weather! I really love the murals.
  5. ^That's unfortunate. It's a nice public space with mature trees. Seems like it could be patrolled to avoid the bathing and restroom issues. Homeless have just as much right to public spaces as everyone else. I believe the Open Shelter is in the church just east of the county parking garage on E Mound St.
  6. ^OSU's Framework plan shows the new bridge aligned with 17th Ave and the south edge of the stadium. The existing pedestrian bridge carries steam lines. Maybe with this utility upgrade a new bridge is required to carry additional utilities? Also, Drake Union is going away at some point. https://pare.osu.edu/framework#News
  7. I like that OSU is keeping portions of Starling-Loving and Hamilton. Hopefully they're renovation is part of the project.
  8. On Parsons at Gustavus - the name of the development escapes me. Also, I wasn't sure if this should be posted here or on the Parsons thread.
  9. The Gemma at Ohio and Oak is moving right along. There's a lot of infill work ongoing in this area!
  10. The facade of the Matan along W Main St. looks pretty good!
  11. Progress photo - brick veneer is up, drywall crews on site.
  12. ^You can watch the crane erection today on the video feed.
  13. At Olentangy and Henderson - I guess this is where this article belongs? https://www.thisweeknews.com/news/20190812/developer-puts-plan-for-northwest-columbus-apartments-on-hold-after-complaints
  14. Progress at the Harlow on E. Main.
  15. ^Transit? In Columbus? Surely you jest! ?
  16. ^That view will change dramatically over the next two years!!
  17. My morning run took me by The Ave on Indianola. The north building is occupied. Unfortunately, the only positive about this complex is the added density and that the pool looked inviting. I don’t know what it is about the exterior panel/siding installation and Columbus. No one seems to be able to install it properly. The buildings do have a Soviet charm. Hopefully the plumbing works better than in the Khrushchyovka.
  18. High St. traffic was flipped over the to west side this morning. 15th Ave is now closed to traffic and pedestrians. Piles are being driven at the WOSU project site. Sounds like this will become a very active site pretty soon.
  19. ^Not really mixed use. Looks like a '90s suburban office development.
