105.7 is back to alternative music? When did this happen?

I haven't seen any official news about this anywhere, but it seems Rickenbacker has added another international cargo destination. I've noticed fairly regular flights between LCK and Manila on Philippine Airlines for about the past two weeks or so. This comes on the heels of Korean starting service to LCK which has been operating 1-2 times daily.

It looks like something is happening with Arlington Gateway....

Here's a pretty awesome drone video from about a week and a half ago which shows the stadium construction progress. The video also gives you a peak at some surrounding projects and gives some pretty awesome views of the city.

That's a pretty cool looking proposal! Franklinton is really going to have some crazy architecture with this (if it gets built) and Gravity.

That’s definitely not the prettiest building I’ve seen, but it does look like they are going to incorporate some of the facade of the existing building. This height is the bare minimum of what should be expected along Broad, but I’m excited for it. We need some taller buildings along the south side of Broad.

I wonder if this is part of the holdup. They might be waiting on the $2M before getting things started.

I wonder which other Central Ohio suburbs could potentially follow Dublin's lead. Gahanna kind of tried a decade before Dublin did, but this stopped well short of where Dublin is now. With that said, I think they have some potential to further urbanize. Newark has a really good - although small - urbanized core that they seem to be building off of quite well. I think the future there is very bright. Upper Arlington is making some strides with their developments along Lane. Other than those, I'm not sure who else has a good opportunity to do this.

I mean, can you blame them? The Franklinton side was literally just vacant lots and then elevated railroad tracks. I'm not sure why you would want to focus anyone's attention on that when you have the downtown skyline as your other option.

The original portion of the current COSI building was Central High School. The school was closed in 1982 and the building was sold to the city in 1988. In 1994 it was leased to COSI who remodeled it and eventually moved into the location in 1999 from their old location on E Broad. Other than the old Vets Memorial (which was a concert venue), there hasn't really been much else on the peninsula for a very long time.

Looks like the Parks Edge tower has topped out. I know we all would have preferred something ~2x taller, but I think it really fills out the park area nicely.

It somehow grew by one story since all the articles came out about a month ago stating that it was going to be 26 stories.

Application for 27 story hospital tower filed today.

I'm not gonna lie, those entrances at the south corners are going to be epic. Definitely a unique design.

They are already starting site prep? Holy crap!

In other words, it's a standard concert venue.
