When I was walking to class this morning, I noticed that some construction equipment and a few concrete pipes were on site for the 15th and High project. Looks like work will be getting underway soon.

With the Beacon going up, it made me realize how badly the surface parking lot next to the city club building needs to be developed.

I was just in New York last week... 3 WTC is stunning in person!

That's a shame that they axed San Diego. I flew to San Diego on Frontier last July and it was only $200 round trip. Plus both flights there and back were almost fully booked.

Does anybody know what happened to this project?

I was in Manhattan yesterday, and all the new construction is truly amazing.

I think a good location would be on the parking lot at the corner of W Huron and Superior, where the Courthouse Plaza Tower was planned to be built. It's right next to the Federal Courthouse, and the tunnel connecting the Courthouse to Tower City could be extended to the new headquarters.

Is the new Brookpark station open yet? I haven't taken the red line in a few months.

I never liked the look of this building from the renderings, but wow!! The finished product looks really good and adds some well needed density.

These new colors look a lot better than the first proposal.

I like the exterior lighting better on the new design a lot better than the original. Overall, I prefer the new colors and its great to see this project finally moving forward after all these years.

I hope Michelle is right about the mid-April groundbreaking. Can't wait to see this tower finally get built.

New Orleans is a very fast growing cruise port. Daily flights will be good for passengers flying from the Cleveland area to go on a cruise out of New Orleans.

I noticed this also when I was downtown last week but I did not take any pictures of it.

Does this mean financing is almost in place for the tower?

When is the anticipated completion time/month of this project?

Is there a webcam for this project? I remember the convention center, flats phase one, and the Hilton all had webcams.
