Yes, just to the east of Innova use to be a parking lot (phase 2 site) before the new one to the west was constructed.

Looking at the CWRU webcam, it looks like construction on phase 2 of Innova is about to start. Construction fence has been put up and no cars are parked in the parking lot anymore.

Haven't drove past the site since the tower crane went up about a month ago. Does anyone know if the tower has gone vertical yet?

From what I remember, wasn't phase 2 approved a few months ago?

Is this new temporary parking lot replacing the parking lot that phase 2 of Innova will be built on?

What's going on behind the Innova building? Looking at the webcam, it looks like there are two wood frame buildings going up behind Innova on the left side.

Is the commercial building permit for the triangular lot next to the Renaissance?
