Cincinnati: Downtown: Convention Center / Hotel
Could be cool if the Foundry gained a tower and it was at the base of the tower above the existing podium overlooking the square again...

Cincinnati Bengals Discussion
I never in a million years think id ever see the Cincinnati Bengals make it to the Super Bowl with the Browns still owning the team. This city is floating on cloud 9 right now. WHO DEY!

Cincinnati: Downtown: Convention Center / Hotel
I wish it could be relocated back to fountain square. Not sure in what manner or application, but it deserves to be back in its original location or general vicinity not tacked on the side of the Convention Center.

Cincinnati: Potential New Arena
I think Mr. Simon (Pacers) and Mr. Gilbert (Cavs) would put a major stop to Cincinnati getting an NBA franchise before TV market is even considered.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Development and News
I talked to Gari of Fred and Garis the other day. They are getting booted out. Friday will be his last lunch service. The landlord told him he could relocate but rent would be increased by 300%. He is actively looking for a small space in the CBD but coming up short, either too much rent, or needs way to much TLC. Its going to be a shame they had one of the best lunches in town...

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport
With the 321XLR coming into play for American and United. They could convince (pay) AA to fly to LHR and connect with One World partners. However like CVG being loyal to Skyteam partners because of Delta. I would assume CLE would be more loyal to Star Alliance with the old United hub. So they might be able to get 3 or 4x weekly to FRA on Lufthansa. Again have to pony up the cash. If St. Louis can get Lufthansa to start service I am sure CLE could do the same

Looks like the two additional floors of the jail are framed and decked with the elevators and stair towers extending. Also snapped a photo of the new law offices completed along 4th Street in Covington

John Glenn Columbus International Airport
Great for CMH and Columbus. Other than the blue lot, I am assuming the airport is going to relocate a number of properties for this new terminal, not much room to work with at the airport property, flew out of there a number of times before moving back to CVG. I am just assuming it will probably be one long linear terminal similar to SNA

Cincinnati: Downtown: Convention Center / Hotel
I hope these are bare minimums on the hotel. Only 600 rooms? up to 20k in ballroom space? This is going to be a once in a generational project for the area. 3CDC in this presentation is proposing the Chevy when the city needs the Cadillac...

Cincinnati: Downtown: Development and News
It was originally intended to be a Doubletree and Suites. I worked on that about 8 years ago now. The previous owner had the flag and everything. The last owner was going to turn it back into apartments which is what it was originally built as. The place has been gutted on the inside and in rough shape at the moment.

Newport, KY: Newport on the Levee: Development and News
So seems like the rumors are true, Request for bids have gone out to turn the old IMAX theatre at Newport on the Levee to an Esports Arena, the first of its kind in the region. If this happens, it will be a nice little boost to the area with more foot traffic and spending.

Covington, KY: Development and News
Its discussing the ugly painted brick at both the Banks and Newport on the Levee (NKY project) as a conversation hoping Covington doesn't allow bad HGTV gray shenanigans down the road.

Covington, KY: Development and News
If it changes the outward appearance they would have had to go before the building department for initial review to decide if necessary for design or planning review. You are changing/altering the appearance of the exterior material. Its not like repainting something that was already painted.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Convention Center / Hotel
I am afraid to know what the status or deterioration of the building has become now. I was inside every bit three years ago and it was bad on the guest room floors then. I cant imagine the roof has been properly patched to at least seal the building from moisture penetration. I want to see this building saved, but i think greed has killed this building...

Covington, KY: Development and News
Yeah and the idiots at the city let the new management ownership group paint all the existing brick on phase one at the banks... HGTV grays are really pissing me off. Looking at you too Newport on the Levee

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport
Ok Cleveland folks, I am trying to be nice about this post, but you all definitely need a new airport. Its been a couple years and last time I travelled through CLE on Continental. The other day I flew into CLE on Delta going through B gates. Wow is all i can say. Tight space, low ceilings, some weird bottle necks, looks very dated in a number of areas. Its not the worse I have seen but I get and understand why you all need a new airport. Also on another note, what asshat designed and developed the shuttle pick up space outside the baggage claim area. Nothing to truly break the cold wind, and a couple very small sad heaters to keep users warm. Myself and about ten others waiting for the rental car shuttle were like this is truly awful to have to stand out here in the freezing cold and wait.

I like the proposed layout, other than i would drag the stops P and Q on the top map and B and C on lower map closer to jefferson street, so you can actually capture the university students and be close enough to the zoo. Think you could ride this to the union terminal, art museum and the zoo would be a huge draw for regional tourism that folks could hop on and ride to star attractions.
