Cincinnati: Demolition Watch
Knew someone whos parents owned this house in the early 2000s, they moved to Florida. This house was so cool on the inside and out. Tons of custom, built in features throughout. The craftsman on the interior was just unbelievable. I am sure John Barrett is going to buy it tear it down, for some ugly mcmansion of his choosing. Shame it cant be saved.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Development and News
Honestly I am ok with the park looking unfinished and sh*tty. Helps exemplify the ugly design of W&S Autograph hotel project. I hope this lawsuit stays put, W&S have been more of corporate bullies in this part of town then stewards.

You are correct the Newport based company that painted the swatches are testing different colors and companies. Giving the Southbank Partners more time to collect money to paint the bridge again.

Cincinnati: Downtown: 1010 On The Rhine / Downtown Kroger
Couldnt agree more, going west on Central you look up and it just looks unfinished, lots of areas where parking garage panels could have gone but instead CMU block walls live, alot of bad design at that corner of the building.

Columbus: Restaurant News & Info
The location in downtown Cincinnati is over priced and nasty. Not sure how much longer it will remain in business.

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Blonde (Eighth & Main)
It's not condos though, it's rental apartments. That's how this project got off the ground.

Coronavirus Effects on Ohio Construction & Development
All great that the construction industry is still going. However, commercial lenders have stopped all loan processes and lending at the moment. There are large amounts of architects, engineers, and designers about to be laid off. A number of individuals have seen overnight projects go into hold or cancel automatically. Its only a matter of time before the design professionals start receiving pink slips. This is in Cincinnati, curious if design professionals are seeing this in Columbus and Cleveland?

Cincinnati: Restaurant News & Info
Agree the location was terrible. You had to unload guest at Fourth Street and then you walked through a dead lobby in the evenings. The views weren't great either, if this was at the top of the tower i think he would have had more pull in order to make the journey to the restaurant.

Airline Industry News and Discussion
This only works to an extent, my sister is a flight attendant and a union member, they have been fighting for weeks for the use of disposable gloves and mask to wear on the plane. The airline finally gave in on allowing employees to wear them, but they need to provide there own. She said even with no drink service, you still get rude entitled people who treat FA like sh*t because they arent doing beverage service beyond miniature bottles of water. She knows of multiple FA who are sick and even a couple who have died now from Coronavirus. You should see the little alcohol wipes they are providing the FAs to clean up areas of the plane, no bigger than a doctors office alcohol wipe before you receive a shot...

Dayton, KY: Manhattan Harbour
This is a development that just needs to be opened up to multiple home builders. I toured the properties a couple years ago when they did a pseudo homearama was not impressed with any of the designs exterior or interior. Why have this amazing property and a house that could be plopped down anywhere in Florence or Mason.

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
Giordano's fell through because of pies and pints. They didnt want to invest in the banks with a competing pizza restaurant. Shack Shake can only come to the Banks if Burger Fi closes. Looking at what is being offered now, something along the lines of ethnic cuisine is missing from the Banks. I was thinking a nice hibachi grill is a family crowd pleaser.

Flew into D a couple times when i would use Continental out of CVG. Reminded me alot of Concourse C at CVG that has since been demolished. Its weird how United has dug their heels into CLE. Delta kept CVG as a focus city, didnt strip as many flights as United but gave up A and C gates and half of B to allow the airport to bring in other airlines. I get the business move by United to keep competition out but seems like they are throwing money down a hole. Delta did the exact opposite and are not complaining or losing passenger counts.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Development and News
Wasn't even referring to skyscrapers. Was referring to the fact that there will be major demo work and construction in one area/intersection.
