I was about to say heaven forbid, larger hospital to allow for better treatment of children across the globe, and a bigger Ronald Mcdonald house for families who cant afford to stay at hotels while their children are being treated in the hospital. I will take this type of development any day of the week.

Can you imagine a year from now, demo at the Millennium, demo The convention place building, while fourth and race is still being built. The collective minds of suburban office commuters would exploded knowing they might need to take detours and not fly into the city as quickly.

It was one of those emergency repairs done awhile back. The previous owner used two idiots and a truck construction crews. I remember watching them dismantle the brick wall around the cooling tower and just throwing the bricks all over the roof.

The last construction crew that partially dismantled the cooling tower on the hotel tower portion created massive holes in the roof that has been letting the outside in the building. Last time I was in there the mold was not healthy can only imagine the damage of rain and snow are doing to the structure.

7th and Race towneplace is under construction now, 4th and Walnut is suppose to still happen. Kimpton at the traction building is confusing. Don't forget the gywnne building to be a hotel as well.

The shady dealings of the building selling has angered alot of people in this city. At least Birkla has spent the time, money, and due diligence in order to invest in the property properly. To have the property sold out from under you while you were under contract is messed up. He has a track record of sticking to plans and go through with projects. This umbrella company in NYC just seems like someone buying property to hide money...

PIT and IND subsidized there European destinations. CVG delta 6x a week flight to CDG is not subsidized. In fact Delta still routes people to CVG and the cargo traffic alone on the flight makes it profitable for Delta to not need subsidies. If GE Aircraft engines, P&G were to leave our region it be a different story.

AA added Phoenix seasonal out of CVG this year, which is a benefit for Reds fans headed to Goodyear, maybe they will realize Indians fans share the same facility... AC picking up a bunch of A220 this year they are planning on more US routes out of Toronto and Montreal.

I think a lot of folks don't realize is this project went through a number of V.E. options to make it viable for the bank to loan Griewe and North American the money. Senhauser originally intended for higher end materials but they were removed for more economical products. Overall i think it looks good, could have been something really ugly...

Have to agree to disagree with you. I travel weekly for work and at least Starbucks has healthy on the go food options. I don't feel like complete sh*t after eating food at Starbucks like Dunkin.

? Dunkin has to be the worst new vendor coming to CVG. Bad decision by the airport board. There coffee might be ok but the food just plain awful.

With United cutting mainline to Chicago, Delta needs to set up and fill the void. The business community will fill the seats.

Now if only they would just increase the ORD route to a CRJ7 OR 9 Alot of folks would be happy. Not sure what numbers Delta is looking at but the flight is constantly oversold especially the morning flight time.
