The rooftop and the interiors are nice. The exterior is just bad, especially the corner condition with the massive television wall. The extruded metal trim at the top and bottom of the building too.

The Neyer Redevelopment of the Reakirt and Brunswick buildings demolition has unveiled some old signage of the Frisch's that once existed in the space. Came across it today on Sixth Street

After much time has past folks it is truly becoming a reality. The signage went up today. The Taco Bell Cantina is going to be opening soon!!!

Anything would be better than Max and Erma's since that brand is about dead will be interested to see what Host does for the space in Concourse B. I wasn't too surprised to see they closed Wolfgang Pucks place. Leaves Outback and Max and Erma's for only table service restaurants in B.

Car lifts will be valet only, its how they were able to meet parking requirements. It would be great to see more of these in the future instead of massive parking lots.

Conversation I had with someone at Southwest offices in Dallas was the number one location from CVG beyond was BOS. Here is hoping that Southwest will add a route to Boston from Cincinnati and give Delta some competition on the route.

I have heard from two folks now that the financing has fallen through, unless they can find another partner or investor Freeport Row is dead. Shame but I guess NIMBY got there wish ultimately.

Delta dropped San Jose back in 2010. Delta still offers daily service to San Francisco. So this would be new market service to CVG.

They are adding a full floor above to meet a certain room count number for better financial return on the project.

Shame that they cant patch the Tower Place Garage hole. At least the skywalk is repaired and they removed the escalators for stairs. What do you mean about not repairing the Tower Place Garage hole? Was there some news about that I missed? They still have not properly patched the area where the vehicle bridge connected the Pogue Garage to the Tower Place Garage. It just has poorly attached painted plywood. Go see for yourself, I am surprised it hasnt been done yet.

Nice photos, in the morning from my place in Mount Adams its the bright green color and by afternoon its the brick brown color just based on sun light levels. Whew, bad rendering hope Airport didnt pay alot for both of them. Great to see they are making upgrades. Hopefully they will switch out the Carpet in the tunnels for it being newer it definitely didnt hold up as well. Concourse B needs attention to the bathroom areas like Concourse A received. I wish the airport would get better water bottle filling stations.

It was applied for prior to the new owners. The new historic distinction will not hinder the new owners to do what they want as long as they don't apply for the historic tax credits, because then they would not be able to do what they are proposing.

Does anyone know what 5/3 Bank is doing with the signage band at the top of the tower? I know the been working on it but the black band background they seem to be removing. Anyone have any information?

Let me introduce you to Kentucky and SE Indiana residents. Wow will be successful in CVG, just like Frontier and Allegiant have had the success they have had in Cincinnati. Alot of penny pinchers in the surrounding area.

WOW Air service four times a week CVG to Reykjavik. Service will be on A321 aircraft. Showing service from CVG connecting in Reykjavik to eight other European destinations (Amsterdam, Berlin, Dublin, Frankfurt, London, Paris) Monday Tuesday Thursday Saturday Flights. Looks like CVG will start customs service back in Concourse A, which will be great open up the possibility of Frontier or SWA bringing international service.

757-2 most likely until they get the new 737-8 & 9 Max. They have 767-3 but they use those on larger further routes.

Most folks who fly into Keflavik Airport are not staying in Iceland but then taking another flight on Icelandair to European destinations. We have flown them once, not a bad stop over of a couple hours to stretch the legs and walk around before continuing on to final destination.
