Cincinnati: Downtown: Convention Center / Hotel
You do realize two of the convention hotel designs were based off having the convention place property to build on. So with that stalling out and the Port not having control of the property it does but the program in a holding pattern for a moment. I am sure they have contingency plan in place but you have to go back to all four developers and announce there has been a change and see if anyone come back with a change of heart. I cant get into too many details at this time but things are on pause until Convention place is figured out or the hotel developers are in agreement to build without that property.

Nope the whole Convention Place and Chinedum Ndukwe has everything tied up until further notice. The Port and 3CDC want that property, Judge Alan Triggs is allowing Ndukwe to prove he deserves and has ownership in the building. Its a total clusterfuck situation at the moment.

Blue Ash: Development and News
I cant wait for the future residents in the "luxury" apartments to bitch and moan so much about the lights and sounds that Moeller ends up having to do Saturday day games instead. Even though these people will be renting units full well knowing they look over the field, its going to happen. Just like people who bitch when they move near Lunken about the sound, sorry folks airport was here before you...

Money is on Signia by Hilton brand. I cant see Sheraton or JW coming from the Marriott side. We already have a Hyatt. Wont be Accor, Wyndham, or Choice. Maybe Intercontinental but they as a brand are just not strong in the Midwest.

That was emergency work to fix the deteriorating concrete wall of the overpass, after an accident knocked half of it onto 71 northbound.

Cincinnati: Paycor Stadium Renovations
It wise for him to think and act that way. Cleveland, Buffalo, New England, Chicago, Green Bay, NYC, Pittsburgh, Seattle, Philly, Denver are all open to the elements stadiums in colder climates, should always be prepared for the worst on GameDay.

Sycamore Township: Kenwood Towne Centre
Honestly surprised since they spent the money and have drawings in for remodel permit. This seems to be some very odd knee jerk reaction.

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
My understanding is that JLL and Lincoln are looking for a large tenant to lease multiple floors or the intent to lease multiple floors so they can break ground. Office market is so soft right now, i think we need to see a couple more buildings in CBD flip to residential and hotels to help decrease the available office sq footage.

You might not agree with the look or style of the stores or clothes, but the sales numbers are trending positive after so many years of sliding off into the abyss. So they are clearly hitting a target audience. It reminded me alot of a brand they once had called Ruehl No.925. More of an elevated clothing company without all the logos and branding, good wardrobe staples and pieces for men and women.

How any of the Rally House locations get approved by Fire Marshal or arent taking to court for violating ADA code is beyond me. Every location is stuffed with clothing and merchandise, racks arent spaced 3' apart anywhere. It actually turns me off walking in any of their locations.

Abercrombie isnt closing, they are doing the new branding update remodel. The store at Easton is the new direction Abercrombie is going. Gone are the mooseheads, all the small individual rooms. The stores are more open, and have a different look inside and out. I cant fix some of the bad clothing they sell, but i know a couple folks who work at corporate and say things are a million times better for everyone working there.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Gwynne Building
This will be a Pendry hotel property, top of the line luxury hotel brand. Surprised Cincinnati was next on the list to get one. These rooms are going to be so over the top, oversized or weird spaces wont matter.

Cincinnati: Over-the-Rhine: Development and News
We shouldnt say citizens, should just be "Danny Klinger and Margy Waller" no two people make a bigger fuss in this town then these two. Danny is getting sloppy too, hes going to get caught with his brazen tactics soon enough...

Cincinnati: Downtown: Terrace Plaza Hotel
They should go in Carew Tower, the corner space where Stafford Jewelers was located before they closed, good prominent location, in a historic building.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Terrace Plaza Hotel
The VE design, will become some flat metal panel with a finish that looks like corten steel. That will have a machine finish hole punctures that will look cheap quick over a large swath of area.

Just hope the new owners get it lit back up again, been very odd seeing it dark amongst the rest of the skyline the past couple months.

That would be safe assumption with your numbers, student housing is getting larger than smaller anymore.

That was a good site visit, and that was every bit 5 years ago now, consider how much more damage in the hotel tower since that tour.

Well they punctured a number of holes in the roof, when they removed the brick from the steel cage. I am glad the developer is getting it fixed to prevent any further water/weather damage.

John Glenn Columbus International Airport
Breeze is really pimping out OC to Cincinnati and Columbus. I guess, I will be shocked if they both succeed. CVG has the daily direct to LAX. I know SNA is south of LAX so I guess there will be some demand for the flight. Surprised with slot restricted SNA that these flights are happening.

Providence route is heavily utilized, it use to exist back in the day out of CVG. Delta station manager said about a year ago, DL just expects you to fly into BOS and drive to Providence. I have done it before too much risk with traffic on 95 to be always successful. If this route was daily that be great, but might come in handy if i ever need to be there on tuesday or thursday.
