Cleveland: Scranton Peninsula: Development and News
I wish we could see some brownstones mixed into this peninsula. It would also be nice to see some for sale opportunities down there. Overall, like a few have said above, the site plan isn't bad. We've gotta get things moving down there somehow.

Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
I could see that being a somewhat permanent office. There should be enough work within downtown that should keep them busy for years to come.

Canton: Pro Football Hall of Fame Village
RE Developer In Training replied to yanni_gogolak's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionMaybe they want to keep the temporary staging for concerts and induction ceremonies off the turf, since there were issues in the past? Could also have temporary stands and yes, maybe vendors.

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
This is great. James will do a great job with Smokeys, and i'm glad to hear of the diversity of uses for these new buildings. Anyone know what the country music venue is or who is behind it?

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
I could see something like a Main Event / D&B type of entertainment venue in there.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
Walked by this again today on my way to the office and thought damn, she's pretty. But those vacant retail units 👎 I would imagine once the offices in the neighborhood start filling up again (it's happening), the playhouse events return, and CSU is back in full swing it will be a hot retail opportunity. And then... hopefully we'll see something happen with those Frangos lots

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I was told that they're maintaining a large presence in Minni, but mostly the RD folks there. I believe a lot of HQ type will be coming over time.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Agree with you here. They need to push back on this lame building on the square. And has there been any mention of the parking garage being built to support a potential tower above one day? I think that needs to be part of the pushback too. No public access to the tower - oh well, we can live with that. Like Whipjack said - it'll be nice seeing a skyscraper being built.

Super lame of CBIZ. And what leadership? The county, the city has none.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
RE Developer In Training replied to zaceman's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionWhat's a realistic time frame for this if it were to get the funding it needs? I'd imagine it wouldn't start until ODOT does their thing. Is this a possibility by say 2025?

Cleveland: Random Development and News
I always wondered where CBIZ is located. For a company that size (4800+) that is supposedly HQ in Cleveland, where's their signage on a large building in our central business (C Biz, get it?) district? I know KJP mentioned them at one point.

Breen and Warrensville. I was told the whole floor is set up for tours to employees featuring smaller cubes, collaboration rooms, etc.

Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
My guess is the county is holding this up. I just bought a property a couple months ago that took the county a week to transfer into my name and that was a simple 2-family property. With all the parcel changes involved here, I'd imagine they're "working through it" still.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
RE Developer In Training replied to zaceman's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionI haven't been down there to see yet, but I like what the Haslam's did with the new Crew stadium. Maybe that's their test case for the much larger Browns project. We'll see. But I have faith in the Haslam's. They won't half ass this like their predecessors. It would be nice to see some action relatively soon.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
RE Developer In Training replied to zaceman's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionSleepy Frank has been talking about the lakefront since he took office. Just about nothing has been done except for this ridiculous bridge to nowhere. November can't come soon enough, not to say the next one will be better, but then again, can't get any worse!

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower at Erieview & Galleria Renovation
RE Developer In Training replied to musky's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionVery cool. Hope it all pans out here. That part of downtown could use some life.

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
This would be great. Keep pushing KJP! And any type of retail would be nice, especially since that whole "Blockland" thing seems to be dead with Bernie making his Senate run.

Love this design - wish it was plopped down at the site of Lakewood hospital...

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I would love to see the Northwestern Mutual Tower replicated here.

Cleveland: Scranton Peninsula: Development and News
The brewpub will cover 10,000 square feet and have what is billed as a “massive outdoor beer garden and outdoor space on the river.” It will be a brewpub only – not a brewery – and open this year. Love this. Curious to see what the outdoor space looks like!

Cleveland: West Park / Kamms Corners: Development and News
Literally anything is better than what's there currently. Get it done.
-
Brook Park / Walton Hills: Ford Plant Redevelopments
If we ever did need expansion, wouldn't we simply tear down the IX and use that land? I agree with KJP that we don't need expansion, we need upgrades!

Cleveland: Hotel Development
RE Developer In Training replied to ClevelandOhio's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionOptima blowing it again hah. Who's going to pick this up for cheap. Why not Mr. 50-billionaire Danny G? Seriously though, I hope this doesn't result in a shuttered hotel.
