Cleveland: Kamm's Corners: Development and News
You are right. i feel like I've put more money and work into my double on Rocky River Dr than the city has to the whole street. It's a shame how little has been done to west park - considering how strong the west park tax base is for Cleveland. Sad.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
"There is increased interest in providing more hotel space as part of and/or next to the new SHW HQ. One of them is rumored to be a five-star brand." I would love to see a JW Marriott built here. We're due for one.

Cleveland: Ohio City: INTRO (Market Square / Harbor Bay Development)
I'm guessing they will announce the restaurant, bar, and coffee tenants as those spots on the brochure are not marked available.

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
Dan is All In again - hope to see something come to fruition here. Farewell Brooks Brothers. https://www.clevescene.com/scene-and-heard/archives/2020/06/26/brooks-brothers-one-of-the-avenues-last-original-tenants-is-permanently-closing-at-tower-city?fbclid=IwAR2nVCpqySNKDZuiBXH2dhg7Wtlkwsj_unkgg65MvHfWzd01qD5Z-Ob2KE8

Lakewood: Downtown: CASTO Development
Hopefully Harbor Bay or Zimmerman or Snavely take a look at this now. Those guys get things done.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
RE Developer In Training replied to zaceman's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionI truly believe the Browns are the best and only partner to use here. They have the resources to make this happen and it could tie in nicely with their plan for stadium's future.

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
RE Developer In Training replied to zaceman's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionThe Browns were probably waiting for him to give up so they could swoop in and be the savior and get a better deal from the city.

Cleveland: Suburban Crime & Safety Discussion
I saw the black flames from the airport. That's devastating. It was really starting to come together as a beautiful building.

Cleveland: Downtown: John Hartness Brown Buildings / Euclid Grand
What's going to be in that rooftop space? a penthouse suite?
-
Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
Do you have insight on the abyss of parking lots you took this picture from? Definitely my most hated set of lots now that Westin/Jacobs will be gone. But a great development opportunity indeed.

Brecksville: Sherwin-Williams Research & Development Center
RE Developer In Training replied to YO to the CLE's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionI guess we can change the thread title now ? While it's very disappointing to see the sprawl continue, it could have been much worse

Lakewood: Development and News
RE Developer In Training replied to buildingcincinnati's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & Construction^^ That building could really use a storefront renovation. Great food though.

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
I made a comment earlier that got deleted, but the property management company is the problem.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
RE Developer In Training replied to FrqntFlyr's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionI hope this is the case. That place is a dump. I don't know what else that space could be used for and I believe downtown has a need for one. Unless that flats project is still alive, which is doubtful at this point.

Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway District: Development and News
RE Developer In Training replied to jjames0408's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionI've been told that the Utica Block building which currently houses Brickstone and Stella Music Club on the ground floor with offices above, will be changing hands - and a new concept yet again going in on the ground floor. It will qualify for historic tax credits. A local developer along with Bobby George will be involved.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Centennial (925 Euclid Redevelopment)
RE Developer In Training replied to gotribe's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionI had heard it would include OZ funding. I wonder if they can mix LIHTC, Historical, and OZ all in on shabang. I heard this will be one of the more complicated capital stacks in CLE's recent history.
