Cleveland: Superior Arts District: Development and News
In a lunch meeting yesterday in that neighborhood, I was told that it's not a matter of if, but when Cross Country relocates their HQ to the neighborhood. This is from a legitimate source too. Anybody have any other new information regarding this?

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
RE Developer In Training replied to mrclifton88's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionThe delay is because they're in the middle of jail reform in both the city and county. They need to figure out their capacity issues which impacts the cost to build and operate more than anything else.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Don't mean to jump in just to correct you, but stock price is irrelevant. Market cap is. SHW is $540 a share and has a $50B market cap, whereas MSFT is $138 a share but has a market cap of $1.05 Trillion. (about $1T more than SHW) My gut instinct says they stay in downtown CLE and invests heavily. It'll be a bigger story than when #23 returned in 2014.

RE Developer In Training replied to Map Boy's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & Constructiondidn't the hot dog spot close? regardless, this looks like a great project. I wonder if they tried getting their hands on those two century homes as well. I'm sure those owners are less than thrilled.

Cleveland: Downtown: nuCLEus
I think they're new to the vertical development game. The beacon was their first one if i'm not mistaken. I think going from developing shopping malls to such an undertaking like Nucleus is a bit of a stretch. I just wish they could get a phase 1 going on the lots that require no demolition. But that's coming from someone with no skin in the game besides possible tax subsidies.
