  1. I was walking by when they were setting up the cameras and i damn near tripped on that ramp
  2. In a lunch meeting yesterday in that neighborhood, I was told that it's not a matter of if, but when Cross Country relocates their HQ to the neighborhood. This is from a legitimate source too. Anybody have any other new information regarding this?
  3. Yes it will. You can get your teeth worked on at WS Family Dental, pick up your painkillers next door, then hop on over for some Harry Buffalo wings.
  4. KJP: Is this lot being bought by Realife? Any updates to share?
  5. As KJP noted, there's a requirement with the Stadium lease to have all that surface parking - but could someday become part of an additional phase or more parking garages.
  6. The delay is because they're in the middle of jail reform in both the city and county. They need to figure out their capacity issues which impacts the cost to build and operate more than anything else.
  7. Snavely is kickin ass and takin names! This neighborhood is BOOMING
  8. Don't mean to jump in just to correct you, but stock price is irrelevant. Market cap is. SHW is $540 a share and has a $50B market cap, whereas MSFT is $138 a share but has a market cap of $1.05 Trillion. (about $1T more than SHW) My gut instinct says they stay in downtown CLE and invests heavily. It'll be a bigger story than when #23 returned in 2014.
  9. I'm sure the internal news release looks a lot different than the external one.
  10. Cleveland.com is good for sports reporting and that's about it.
  11. didn't the hot dog spot close? regardless, this looks like a great project. I wonder if they tried getting their hands on those two century homes as well. I'm sure those owners are less than thrilled.
  12. I was told from a friend at Turner "when i asked someone about that they said they hadn't heard anything about it" but then said "there's a chance we are but people are keeping it secret" ?
  13. News on phase 3: https://www.cleveland.com/cityhall/2019/09/cleveland-poised-to-provide-tax-incentives-for-apartment-business-development-on-edge-of-ohio-city.html
  14. From my buddy who works there, the people they let go were software developers.. he's in sales, so his job was safe.
  15. https://www.cleveland.com/community/2019/09/lakewood-one-step-closer-to-determining-future-of-former-trinity-church-property.html Very slow moving here. Was very disappointed when Street Burger closed many moons ago.
  16. Yikes... Who built phase 1? Zaremba?
  17. I think they're new to the vertical development game. The beacon was their first one if i'm not mistaken. I think going from developing shopping malls to such an undertaking like Nucleus is a bit of a stretch. I just wish they could get a phase 1 going on the lots that require no demolition. But that's coming from someone with no skin in the game besides possible tax subsidies.
  18. Can't post enough of these. From another one of CLE's sea of parking lots...
  19. I just came across this article https://www.bizjournals.com/pittsburgh/news/2019/09/01/downtown-cleveland-boasts-strong-talent.html in which there was a link to this which i found very interesting... http://junipercre.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Cascade/index.html?appid=3d80977bb16f4125be9e0cffb808874b
  20. I just confirmed with a friend who works there - they will be moving to post office plaza next year.
  21. From what I know, Fred Geis is part of Hemingway and Greg now runs Geis.
  22. A payless shoesource makes more sense here tbh.. Nike can come to Euclid Ave
  23. i thought I remember seeing this months if not years ago on here.
  24. Yes it's just an entrance way sponsorship. Cliffs has another one of them.
