[Hi, Chas here. Long time lurker, first time poster*] The spire on McMicken was recently renovated... its almost too good because the urns and ornaments look plastic-like now. After reading through the RFQ, I am guessing that this project is going to attract a lot of firms who have significant interest in maintaining as much of the existing building as possible while adding on a contemporary addition.
