Cleveland: Tremont: Development and News
My fiance and I have since changed our mind about living at Stonebridge and will likely rent the unit out. We have (at least what I think is) a respectable budget, and we've had four house go for above ask within 48 hours of hitting the market and us scheduling showings. I just can't rationalize overpaying on some of these streets right now, particularly in the Southeast corners of Tremont. I think we're likely going to need to purchase a house that needs a lot of work, and I'm about as handy as a turd flavored popsicle.

Did any of the aforementioned harmless videos contribute to a negative stigma regarding a metropolitan area hanging on by the skin of its teeth at the time?

That ''comedian'' Mike Polk and his CLE tourism video caused almost as much damage to Cleveland's image as the 1969 river ''fire''. I cannot stand Mike Polk... I'm happy he's faded into irrelevance after his several picks at low hanging fruit at the expense of his hometown

I haven't taken pictures. But I live about 1,000 feet away - they're not done, but there are now people living in some of the units. Which baffles me. Seems somewhat common. OUC had a multiphase lease as she me apartments became available sooner. The Halle build My will as well. It was just funny, I was walking by the other day, and a man and woman were lounging on their porch reading whilst construction crews carried on two floors beneath them

Hey guys, Thought it might be fun if we all explained the rationale for our usernames. From the absurd to the easily explainable, might be cool to know! I'll start, obviously. I am, admittedly, a fan of Barstool Sports - most notably the Pardon My Take podcast - and "yabo" is a catch phrase of one of the hosts, and 7/13 is my birthday!
