Cleveland: General Business & Economic News
I haven't read the details but it seems like something weird might actually be happening with Cincinnati's numbers. Yeah either something's wrong or the initial numbers were so low that this sort of thing was bound to happen

England FTW. Harry Kane is the best striker on Earth at the moment.

^It's like the kid I met in Hingetown who told me how much he hated gentrification while sitting on a park bench in front of the Cleveland Museum of Art's Transformer Station with a bowl of Mitchell's Ice Cream in his hand

They've had success though. The Knez development at 38th and Clinton has been stalled due to NIMBYism, no?
-
Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
NIMBY: "This monstrosity will destroy my property value and ruin the community aesthetic." That same NIMBY probably bought his home in 2010 for $100,000 and will be selling as a result of being forced out of their home by these disgusting developers for $265,000.

My mother knew him and said he was an engaging gentleman - unless he thought you were competition. Yup, I had family members who worked for him - his son is a very nice guy too

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
I'll go on the record and say that I feel like they're adding just because they're supposed to. I would've loved a little more creativity. Adding a smaller corporate HQ there, and maybe some condos as well, to lesson the boom or bust sway of this thing when a recession comes.

These are beautiful. I wish we'd see more rowhomes as opposed to the gimmicke ones peppering Tremont, OC, and DS
