^Fair point, I think that nuanced point digs deeper than we may need to for the purposes of this conversation though - as residences in CBD's in Europe are almost exclusively a 1%er move.

The best man in my wedding was a teammate of mine in college and a current scout for the Chicago Bears. Part of pre-draft research is listening to the markets of teams drafting before you so that no stone goes unturned.
